      Their merchandise is faulty,their return service is extremely complicated and even though the items I received were shipped from a warehouse in ** ***, they are requiring me to ship the faulty items back to some obscure 5 line address in *****.Which will cost as much as I paid for the items and their shipping fee.I also have tosend items back in 7 days with proof of shipping carrier and tracking number. This is a scam website .

      Items are very low quality, and what you won't learn until you actually initiate the return process is that the only "return shipping" option requires paying your own expenses to ship the item directly to the manufacturer in *****.For buyers in *******, this is ridiculous, as postage to ***** costs more than most items are worth.This is an impressive bait-and-switch scam. In comparison, ***** dropships from *****, but they cover free return shipping via *** return addresses.

      I ordered 4 extra large dress shirts from this company. The shirts that arrived were very poor quality and sized to fit a small teen. When I attempted to return the items, I learned that the return would cost nearly $50 for postage to *****. Not worth the cost, so I kept the items and donated to charity. Do not order from this company.

      I have placed over 28 orders with "Light in the box" and purchased more than $1,166.22 ** currency for the products or items, plus cost, and transaction fees. I might as well burn my money, for everything I bought was a total disappointment. The jewelry and watches were fake and plastic and poor quality. It was nothing like the photos. The shoes were of poor quality, too tight for the size in 10 US measurement. Did not fit, they hurt.The turtleneck sweaters were too small for an XXL size and did not fit.The jackets were too small for size XXL. Two of the jackets of several were described as flannel jacket, but what I received was shiny polyester fabric, not flannel as the description indicated.I feel I have no recourse since the cost of shipment to return the items is going to cost me the same that I paid for all the items I received from "Light in the box". Pants too small for the size as described. and of poor-quality material.Most everything is gaudy and cheap.Never I again will I buy from "Light in the box".What a waste of my hard-earned money. I feel duped. I am a sucker for buying so much useless stuff.I cannot even return the items. in order to return the items, I have to pay a shipping cost, which is the same the amount I paid for the total cost of the whole items in in the first place. It is not economically feasible to do so. Not worth the added expense.Please rectify my dissatisfaction. Perhaps Light in the box can waive the shipping costs to return the items or give me a full credit.

      Bought a dress and didn't like this. Trashy, coarse material. Ordered a specific size, and they said that the dress was made to order after the fact. Tried to return it and they won't allow it. I spent almost $200 on the dress and I don't even want it anymore. They're crooks, scammers, and liars.

      I doubt that most items on this site aren't procured until you order them and a lot of the pictures of items are fake. Because the wig I ordered was so cheap, I opted to keep it and receive a reward that has to be used in 3 months. That's the scam. No one would ever order from them again, so they get to keep your money.

      Poor quality. Stuff was very different than what was ordered. Make it very hard to return. Their suggestion is it may be cheaper to keep your unwanted items than to try to return them. One star is too high!Buyer beware!!
