      I ordered a pair of shorts online direct from LightInTheBox. They arrived in the wrong size and wrong style. Their return policy is to make it so difficult that the customer will give up. Finally, they sent me directions to return the item to *****! Cannot use **** FedX, or DHL. The shipping cost exceeded the cost of the shorts.I asked **************** to cancel the charge, and I am returning the shorts to their ******* address.This company has designed a return system that is designed to frustrate the buyer. They are crooks.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Immediately upon receiving this item, ordered in 2 sizes larger as instructed in garment page and finding it so tight I could hardly get it on and which could not even be buttoned having a 2-inch gap, I initiated a refund, It's been one month now, and instead of being "contacted within one business day' by a customer service rep, several days would go by with no response whatsoever and me having to send yet another inquiry. Those responses I finally did get, I followed their instructions to provide further "proof" that the item did not fit only to be given a further run around even after photographs were sent, no telling me to send them my measurements by using a tape measure which I do not own and refuse to purchase simply on their idiotic behalf. NEVER have I dealt with such a shoddy business with such sub par merchandise and business methods. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!

      I will never order from this so-called company ever again. My complaints seem very minor compared to what I've read on here. To say the least, items are very poorly made and do not look as advertised. It's a shame businesses like this can continue to stay open and scam people.

      All of the clothes and shoes that I ordered are not even similar to what you see on their website. The worst and cheap material I have ever seen. I tried contacting them to return the items and was told they do not accept returns and they would not issue a refund. They wanted to give me a 50% off coupon for the next purchase. Why would I want to buy from them again when I all ready spent money on clothes that are worthless. I spent over $200.00 and I have lost my money. Not one of the items are any use. They are a fraudulent company. They need to be put out of business. I demand I receive a full refund including the money to return these items.

      I ordered a coat in February. I never received an order confirmation so I kind of forgot about it. But the charge was made to my bank account on February 14. I was able to log in to my account but there are no orders in my order history. But I have no coat, and my money is gone. I want a full refund.

      Sent me a verification of purchase and shipping with a tracking number. Tracking number site dosen't exsist. It goes to a blank page or a page with a red box with a exclamation point in the middle. Emailed them about the problem no response. Haven't received product nor an email regarding the shipper and tracking. Sounds like a scam to me. Zero customer service.

      I ordered 6 items from Light in the Box. I spent $190 plus shipping and tax, which came to $245. I got the items very quickly but the fabric was thin, see through, and cheap. The coat I ordered looked like a robe not a coat. Some of the fabric in the online pictures looked like cotton, but came in this cheap, shiny nylon material. The type of fabric was not stated in the ad. The pictures on their website do not accurately depict the items they send you. I sent everything back and it cost $85 to return it from *****. The post master told me that was that was the cheapest rate offered. I have waisted $330 for nothing. I had found the ad for this company on Pinterest. I learned a ******* I will never order anything from a company I dont know again. Very disappointed!

      I would give negative stars if I could!!!I placed an order ($650+) more than 6 weeks ago. Many of the items were grossly misrepresented- different style, different material, and different measurements than advertised. For one $150 dress, I was sent the wrong color, but still told I could not return it because it was "custom"! I have been trying to resolve these issues, return the items and get the proper refund for 6+ weeks now; wasting a ton of time on numerous emails, extreme frustration, and still no fair resolution. The "return policy" is misleading and deceptive, but that seems to be intentional, should be criminal. This company is deceptive and fraudulent- an absolute SCAM! And needs to be shut down!

      DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING , THIS IS THERE 14 DAY EASY RETURN POLICY ,However, we do not currently offer return label service. You need to return the package to the Asian warehouse via your local post office. It usually takes 2-6 weeks to arrive and costs $10-$40 for return postage. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Returning the product may not be the most cost-effective option. Perhaps keeping the item for a discount is a better option. If you want to keep the item, we'd like to offer you a Reward worth 10% of the price you paid. A reward is similar with a coupon that can be used to pay for a new order as a discount.

      I ordered a "parka" style coat. Not anywhere close to being a parka. Very cheap coat. Just the appearance is cheap. Very light weight. Don't buy anything from this company.
