      I ordered two mother of the bride dresses in two different colors - standard size. I never would have ordered two if I saw anywhere that they could not be returned. (There was an option to have the dresses made to order with measurements which I did not do.) The dresses were poorly designed and did not look as advertised. Light in The Box has made it very difficult to return these items First, I was told they were "custom" so I could not get a refund. Then I was told I could get some of my money back but that I had to send the dresses back to *****, which I did for $44.75. I sent them on March 7, and they have been held in ******* customs since March 18. It is now nearly a month later. I WOULD ADVISE YOU NEVER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.

      Here is the bottom line. DON'T ORDER ANY CLOTHING DIRECTLY FROM A CHINESE ON-LINE COMPANY. They are all the same and will rip you off!! Quality is terrible, sizing is non-existent, return policies are a joke, customer relations is mythical. You might as well be sending your cash to a post office box in *******. All these Chinese companies eventually disappear and reappear under a new name. DON"T FALL FOR THE LOW PRICES - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

      CAVEAT EMPTOR The dress I ordered did NOT look anything like the picture. The material was cheap, thin, and flimsy. I ordered it from the site StyleWe but arrived from Light in the Box. I plan to dispute this with *********** cc.

      I ordered 3 bathroom accessories that were advertised as "high quality" and pictured as if they were a good match for hardware in my home. I received only 2, but was charged for 3, though the "orders" page in my "account" says "delivered." When I contacted them, they said to check with my carrier but had no offer to assist. When I saw that item quality was far inferior to what was described, I opened a return request. In spite of stating that there is a 7 day period after receiving merchandise that you can return things for any reason, they requested photo proof about the issue, and their website has contradicting statements, arbitrary exclusions, and the communication I received said that my request will be evaluated and this will take a great deal of time. Their policies are confusing, and are worded deceptively. One reply urged me to accept the products with a "bonus" of a small amount, which was annoying. I also discovered 'fine print" on their website buried far down in their return policy that says refunds are in the form of a credit to your "account" with them, not money back. In addition, they have begun to inundate my email inbox with ads and offers that I did not knowingly solicit. They say I can opt out of having them sell my information by going to the bottom of their website and opting out, but there is no tab where they instruct in order to do so. I have contacted them twice, nothing is resolved and it looks as if I am stuck with deficient products and money lost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! In my experience, the merchandise is overpriced, shoddy, and the "guarantee" nonexistent.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I wish Id come to this site before I purchased from this company I ordered a dress from this site - I heard that the sizes run small so I ordered a size larger. When I received the dress and tried it on it still was a little snug. I immediately went back to the LightInTheBox app and asked what the steps are to request a larger size and to return the size I ordered. LightInTheBox said that since this was a custom made order there could be no exchanges (keep in mind that I never sent in my measurements or paid an additional amount to have the dress custom made) I ordered a standard size not a custom made dress. I didnt even want my money back I just wanted an even exchange to a larger size!!!!LightInTheBox said theyd give me 30% off if I ordered another dress in a larger size I thank God that the dress was inexpensive so Im just going to charge this to the game but I am letting everyone know of this companys unfair practices.

      Light in The Box is really hit or miss - and more miss than hits. While some of the clothing is as advertised, it is disappointing when it isn't. They display photos of other companies' clothes and their knock offs are terrible. I'd advise others to not to waste their time or money. Plus I've noticed that when I have left negative reviews - they are not posted which is misleading.

      Cheap cheap cheap! Not the quality they advertise and nothing like the photos. Ill say it again cheap cheap cheap. They also spam the heck out of you once they have your email. I had to clock them. Horrible experience. typical c*** from *****.

      I ordered a top from Light in the Box. I received the shirt but the material wasVERY scratchy and cheap. When I tried the top on, I could not get my arm into the sleeve! Although the body of the top was plenty big enough, the sleeves were sewn so narrow only a scarecrow could put an arm in. I was told I had to send the shirt back to Asia even though it came from **** ** in ** which would require WAY less postage. And then they said there was a restocking fee so they suggested I take a 10% discount off my next order instead of a refund. They also wanted me to send exact measurements of the shirt and then photograph the shirt and send back the shirt with the exact measurements. Why would I have to do this when they will HAVE the shirt if I return it??

      I order 5 dresses they was all to small plus they was nothing like the pictures or descriptions of them. The material wasn't even what it said. Now they say I can't return them. Plus it says there is several ways to contact customer service and there is NO way to contact them. I have tried every way. Please Help me
