      Horrible customer service. Run don't walk away from this company. If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchase, good luck trying to return it or speak with anyone who could help. if you do finally get a phone number (which in and of itself is a journey) you will get a recording that continuously sends you to other sale sights for you to purchase more things you have no interest in. Here if you hang on....you will spend the remainder of your day, until you finally hang up. Which is really what they want you to do anyway. Good luck with your return. You're going to need it, as its probably not going to happen.Also, 1 star is far too generous but the least I could give.

      I ordered a standard size dress, did not provide any measurements. My dress not only did not arrive the date they said it would, it was still in process. I cancelled the order, only to get back less than 50% of what I paid because they said it was a custom order . Which it was not, and they did not state so when I ordered. Do not do business with this company!!!!

      HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! The dress I ordered has been sitting in a 3rd party shipping partner facility in Springfield Gardens, ** for 5 DAYS. This town is 30 minutes from my home. I called **** and they stated that they have not received my package from this 3rd party yet and that it shouldnt have taken nearly this long. I submitted 20+ service requests to LITB advising them I need to know the name of their 3rd party partner facility ASAP, exactly WHERE my package is, and why it has taken 5 DAYS to move from Springfield gardens, ** to *****, ** (a 30 minute trip). They only responded to me ONCE advising me to check my local post office and confirm my shipping address. The shipping address is CORRECT. I already spoke with **** and they confirmed their 3rd party shipping partner has not dropped this to them yet. Seems like LITB is buying time and they never actually shipped anything out or they STOLE MY MONEY and they are pretending like something is on its way when its not.

      This is a big fraudulent company. The photo they use and the product you get are not the same. I ordered a blouse that was beautiful in the picture and got a tshirt with a screen shot that had the gold a painted mustard band instead of sparkly. I am so sorry. The reviews on line are good under the items. I noticed they never publish a bad one. I should have known.

      Bought 2 Mother of the Bride suits to try on at home. Size was big on both wanted to get refund company says they are made to order suits and will not refund over $200 for both suits. I selected the size off of their size guide. Did not say anything about made to order within that page. There was a custom measurements box I did not check that box. After I started the refund process I got an email that says can not refund a made to order item. There was a line at the very bottom of the page in small print that said Made to order. I did not click that because I was ordering from the standard size guide (I thought) but that is where it says no refunds for made to order items.

      Light in the Box did respond to the negative review and the cranky email I sent them. The issue was resolved quickly and I am happy with the results I did place a previous order for cloths and have not found any issues.

      They should not be in business. Their clothing is cheap and looks like a child put it together. The two dresses I purchased were barely held together by a flimsy seam. The overalls I bought were silky and not made of linen as stated in the picture. Very misleading. Even the braclet was cheap and plastic.

      I purchase shirts that were supposed to be Linen. they were in fact labelled as polyester and cotton. When wanting to return them they offered all kinds os discounts instead. They then said that they don't give return labels. We have to ship it ourselves to the manufacturer and that once received and that the quality of the return is okayed we might obtain a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

      Buyer beware. I ordered 6 items. All were way too small and terrible quality. I asked for a refund. Went to return pkg to ***** and it will cost me $50. For a $114 order. Now Im trying to accept their offer of $30 for each $100 i spent. But there is no customer support. ****** learned

      Trying my first order. Ordered 3/28. So far shows shipped but nothing appears to have moved since 4/9. One item ordered they cancelled but it still shows on the site as available (at a lower price) so not sure why cancelled. I wanted nice dresses for a wedding event but not for a lot of money as Im losing weight. I carefully measured as every outfit has a chart where I might fall into XL or XXXL. Hoping if I get the outfits in time for the wedding they will be ok. But initial ordering and delivery not going very well, so I dont think I would try them again.

      Avoid this business like the plague. If you need to return an item, they will not allow you to do so without jumping through a bunch of hoops and it will cost you.They sent the item I ordered from ***********, ** but that same item must be shipped to ***** in order to return it. That involves doing customs paperwork and it must be sent via **** with a tracking number. That alone costs nearly as much as the item I purchased and this company will only reimburse me for maybe half that amount. So, no matter what, it costs money to return an item that you don't want.I have tried to contact anyone at this company in an attempt to get a reasonable resolution but all I get is form letters that are computer generated. I looked up the address where the item I ordered came from and it's a dinky warehouse with no name on it. This type of sales should not be allowed to exist. If they can't do business in a decent fashion they should be banned.

      Light in the box has refunded my account for the full amount without having to return the item. I'm sorry it had to take so long to get an acceptable solution for something that could have been easy. I would like to thank ***** in particular who was instrumental in resolving this issue.
