1 starI don't even want to give one star but had to in order to earn others. I ordered a pair of shorts in XL and couldn't even fit my leg in them. I also ordered a romper that was way to big for the size I ordered. So I'm a bit confused as to which country size chart they have listed. Nothing was as I expected it to be, it was all poor quality. Before I ordered I read about the return policy and now I can not return for some odd reason. I want a full refund!!!Review fromChristian I

1 starCompanies like this are the reason zero stars should be an option. Its so frustrating seeing all of the fake reviews praising this company on so many bogus sites. I ordered a coat from them which looked very high quality in the picture but what I received was junk. It was like the cheap Halloween costume version of the coat pictured. Its a scam. The company is garbage. And its so sad that there arent more restrictions on foreign companies hawking knock off junk globally. At least we can thank the BBB for offering accurate reviews of this terrible company.Review fromNancy P

1 starI ordered an evening outfit. I checked out the sizes & picked the one describe best to fit me. It came in so large I would say it is a least 2 sizes larger than it should be. Made of chiffon. The lining on the pants ends around thigh level. Looks absolutely ridiculous. Trying to return it, they said it was made to order. I never gave them specific sizes, They are using that as an excuse to not return it. My bank has put a dispute on the charge but I think they probably have a scheme all set up for that also. I guess I should fault myself for not reading reviews first. I'll never do that again.Review fromChristine L

1 starThis company is deceptive!!! I purchased a blouse that was not as pictured (very cheap fabric)and requested a return of my money. They offered me 10% back because shipping would be as much or more expensive than the blouse. When an address is used for a business, within *******, most would think that a return would be easy and not out of the country. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!!I am hoping to find other outlets to express this review, just unfair to the consumer and needs to be shut down! 1 starI had ordered womens shirt blouse from Light in the Box. Received it yesterday. Not only was it too large but the trim was entirely different than I expected. Wanted it for wedding but because trim was not what I thought so not dressy enough. Went to my account but there is no order showing. There is no order number with blouse to refer to so Im in a quandary as how to return it. Ive been to many sites online seeking help to no avail. The return address on package is *********** ** but with no information or how to receive a return slip, I dont know how to return it. I thought since Amazon also sells their products it would be reputableLight In The Box

1 starI first found **************** on FB Marketplace. Since they advertised as a ***** shoe I couldnt find anything like them on ******* site. I recently found them under Light in the Box and my first clue they were from ***** is all the 5 star reviews written in broken English. Really cute shoes just need to put a stop to the FLOOD of ******* companies with nothing to back them up. All have unusual names.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered 4 shirts on March 21, they got mailed out on March 25, we're at my post office on April 3rd, and we're returned on April 11 to *************, ******** because my post office doesn't deliver to homes. We get our mail at a PO Box but the LITB would not allow a PO Box for delivery. Now LITB wants $10 and 50% of the merchandise total to resend package to another address. It's still going to be a PO Box and they don't mail to PO Boxes. I'm waiting to see what happens next.Light In The Box

I want to add to my original complaint, they said it would be more costly to return the items, but they did offer me a credit for a future purchase.
