1 starMaybe this is a waste of time, but, after ordering a white "linen" dress, I found it was too shirt, too tight, and made of very poor quality fabric. I tried to return it, but the company offered me a credit, because they don't want their merchandise back. It costs between $10 to $20 to mail a product back to *****. They then told.me it was too late to return it. So,.the the thrift shop the dress will go. A waste of about $35.Advice: don't order anything from this company, which is out of *****, unless.you don't care about returning it.Light In The Box

The wedding dress that I ordered arrived and was different from the pictures on their website and the description on their website. They refuse to work with me to supply a return ticket number and return mailing address but keep telling me that I have to keep the dress because it was "made to order" which it was not. 1 starI ordered a wedding dress from them and which when order was being placed said it would be delivered by the 26th of April. I specifically ordered a generic size ******************************************************************************** time for my wedding. I quickly found out it would not make it in the time advertised and when I tried to cancel they said they would have to keep 50% of the money for materials. Which I then requested in this case to keep the order and just get the measurement custom since I will not longer have time to take it to a tailor. They then cancelled the original order and put in a new order with the customer measurements which was ready within about 2 days. But the dilemma now is that they will not send it unless I send an additional 118 dollars. They are a scam because in order for that custom order to have been ready within a few days means they used the original size 10 I had ALREADY PAID FOR but want to up charge me more than 100 dollars for adjustments of a few inches? I do not recommend this website. I already told customer service twice that I will not pay the additional money and yet they are still holding the order until I do. Not only do they not issue full refunds for faulty dates that are not your fault but they also want to take additional money. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.Light In The Box

1 starI order two blouses for a special occasion. I used the size chart they provided. Tops were too large and not shaped as pictured. I attempted to return using their limited return policy however returns are shipped to *****. The cost to return tops was going to be too expensive. This is how they get you. So I was offered a 30% refund if I kept the tops. I was only refunded 20% and the process to get the refund vs a store credit was not laid out clearly. I had to dig to find such, and it delayed the refund even further.....still waiting for it. Completely dissatisfied with the product, deceiving return policy and poor, automated customer service.Light In The Box

1 starMy mother-in-law bought a dress for my daughter and her graduation it did not fit right it cut her arm and it was itchy on her. I want to return it I did a return slip and there is no return address it said I had to pay $10 to $40 to return it depending on where I was located at. That was not what was agreed upon when I bought this it said free returns. All I'm asking is for my money back and them to have their item back.
