1 starordered 2 t shirts of same size, 1 is noticibly smaller then the other. when requesting a refund on them, they want more to ship them back than i paid. they are a typical chinese company , as stated on the merchandise. they are a scam, please do nor order from them.Light In The Box

1 starDeceptive company. Uses a fictious *** address on the package when it clearly comes from Asia. Typical of the, "This is what the picture is versus what they send" types of reviews where you see the item you're sent is a replica of whatever the picture was and was made cheaply by people who can't sew. They attempt to offer percentages back when they know they're selling garbage knock offs when people are dissatisfied. Then, they'll state YOU have to pay for shipping back to Asia despite the fact that they have a *** address as a return address. The lying claim was that they had an operation in the ***, but no longer do because of COVID. I doubt it. I saw the address they used. It definitely isn't and wasn't their address in *****************. Just say no on percentages back and keep pushing for the refund if you had the displeasure of buying something from them. Their reviews on their items are their own. I submitted a bad review, and it was never posted. I know how to sew, and I was horrified at what I saw. They're trying to take ********* for as much as they can get.Light In The Box

1 star3+ weeks to get your order! Seizes are ridiculously smaller than stated in the app. Quality is super cheap not worth a dime. 1 starMuch like the other people here, I had a horrible experience and I greatly regret ordering from this company; I should have done my research first. The mother of the groom dress I ordered for $100 did not fit, but they refused to take it back, saying the best they would do is give me a $40 credit, but that I would have to spend double that amount to use it. Since I don't want to throw good money after bad I'm not going to use the credit but am going to try to sell the dress online. The dress itself is fine but it does look quite different from the photos. And it straight up doesn't fit. They even say on the website that you can return something within the first seven days for a refund, but that's a lie.Light In The Box

One item didn't fit well, but the time (2-6 weeks) and cost ($10-$40 according to the **** return policy) to return doesn't make it worth the effort. They've given me a 10% credit on future purchases because of the poor fit, but this was my first and last time getting anything from them.Light In The Box

1 starThey don't deserve even 1 star. 8 weeks ago I received my order, the quality was terrible on everything from dresses to blouses. Nothing fit as described on their website. I decided to return and followed EVERY step they have on their website. It cost me $45.00 to ship this small package via their instructions, through the ************* *************** I have contacted **************** via CHAT and followed their instructions, sending copies of my receipt with all information on it, and have NOT HEARD BACK from them!!!!!
