The sizes are all wonky - different from 1 item to the next, the fabric quality is not good but worst of all: THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them to return anything. 1 starI agree with others that they don't deserve even 1 star. I received the dress I ordered 3 weeks late with none of the promised shipping updates - too late for the event. The dress was way too small, but weirdly cut even had it fit, and not as described. There was a problem with my account preventing me from signing in to request a return, and I have reached out in every way I can think of and followed all directions on their website or via their canned responses to no avail. Finally filed a complaint with PayPal and escalated it, and now they're saying they'll accept the return if I ship the dress back to *****! I'd spend more doing that than what I'll get back. Their return policy says returns will go back to warehouse in the ** (or other country, presumably if you live in another country) and dress was supposedly shipped from ********. I checked all of this before ordering in case I needed to return. TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!Light In The Box

1 starThey promise 100% guaranteed. Offer a mere 8 cents credit on two tops that do not fit. They do not live up to their product. DITTO: Uses a fictious *** address on the package when it clearly comes from Asia. Typical of the, "This is what the picture is versus what they send" types of reviews where you see the item you're sent is a replica of whatever the picture was and was made cheaply by people who can't sew. They attempt to offer percentages back when they know they're selling garbage knock offs when people are dissatisfied. Then, they'll state YOU have to pay for shipping back to Asia despite the fact that they have They should be banned from working in this country. They obviously don't make the product in this country. I am using this as an opportunity to learn from my mistakes.Light In The Box
