      Sizes were way off, return policy is impossible (costs more to return because you have to pay shipping to *********) or they offer credit which is like 1% of your order off. DO NOT ORDER as you won't be able to return if it doesn't fit. Also feels like low quality material.

      Save time and aggravation and do not order from these people. They charge before item is sent (about three weeks before) and sent inferior products that did not fit the description. When I contacted them several times, they offered to refund me 20% of my purchase price. That won't ever cover the shipping they charged and NO return receipt. It would cost about $45 to return myself and still no guarantee of a refund. I had clicked on an ad offering free shipping, but that's only if you download their app I think, because they charged me. I don't want a spying app on my phone, certainly not theirs.No refund, no clothes, no accuracy in description or fabric. Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      A total ripoff. Way cheaper product than it looks like on the website and the sizing is way off. On top of that, there is no ability to return for size or quality of product. They cite the tiny words "Made to Order" at the very bottom of the product page as the reason customers are supposed to know that the product is not returnable. A total ripoff - definitely do not buy from the company. They are making a lot of money off of people on really garbage products

      Quite the clip joint. My experience was similar to others, online their prices were low and selection appeared vast. Ordered 3 casual shirts XL. Received the shirts in a week and they were small around the chest and the button holes were nearly too small for the buttons, really difficult to button and unbutton. I put in for a return and refund. Here's where they establish many hoops for you to jump through. Sent photos of the items and tape measure to establish that the items were smaller than they advertised. They OK'd the return but didn't quite want to part with my money so offered rewards and credits in their system. They didn't want the items back. I opted for 100% refund. They refunded 97% of my total purchase! I then had to go into their system and withdraw my refund. I'm still waiting for confirmation on that. They try to save costs by shaving off material here and there, using less material, therefore their items are smaller than advertised. Don't expect high quality fabric.Then they complicate the return process to get the customer to keep their money in their system as long as possible, and if that doesnt work then dont refund the whole amount of the purchase. The time involved on a return is considerable.

      This company has a very misleading return policy. I ordered two dresses in standard sizes after being assured I could return them, but am now told all special occasion dresses are custom orders. Very disappointed. Buyer Beware!

      My wife ordered and received two items of clothing. Two weeks later, we were hit with a huge debit on our bank account from them and a very large package of things that were not ordered. Our bank's consumer fraud department is taking this seriously.

      I ordered some shorts a couple weeks ago. Still they have not arrived. I got a message a week ago they shipped, but the tracking shows that only the shipping label was generated. Then a week later I get another message they shipped. I would NOT buy anything from these guys again.

      I ordered 10 gold shirts for my volleyball team and paid extra to ensure they were delivered in time for our dress up tournament. They did not show up on the Wednesday they were supposed to (which gave them over 2 weeks for delivery) but the Tuesday after. I had to buy different shirts on the Friday of the event. I didn't even open the package and paid over $60 to return them. The price for all the shirts were $152 that included the extra for shipping. I spent a total of $212 and was told I would get the price of what I paid to return it back. I received a refund for ONE shirt, $9.99. Total ripoff and not helpful to resolve issues.

      I ordered flameless candles. It said wax in the description. Theyre plastic. It gives you instructions on how to submit a claim but the buttons youre supposed to click arent even there. There is no way to request the return they guarantee within 7 days. There is no number to call. No email to write. No chat to make contact. No way to get in touch with anyone. It takes 3 weeks to arrive so you know the company isnt in the **. Not happy with one thing about this experience.

      Light in the Box addressed my issue quickly, were helpful and pleasant, and gave me a full refund including the shipping to me. It did not include the cost of shipping back to ***** which was almost $80.

      Light in the Box has gone out of their way to fix this issue. They have reimbursed the $80 return shipping as well which means it cost them $80 out of their pocket for this deal. I am more than satisfied with this resolution. Thank you.

      I ordered a dress and cancelled the order within 24 hours. I tried the phone number, but to no avail. Was told to leave a voice message. Sent numerous emails requesting a refund. My bank account was debited before the dress was even processed for delivery. The purchase was made on 5/16 for $98.29. I am still waiting on my refund. If nothing else, SEND ME THE DRESS!!!
