1 starReceived one shirt wrong color and another that I'm afraid to wash because it is so cheaply made. Neither shirt had a tag on it. Customer service is non-existent, you have to create a ticket. To create the ticket they request a pic of the tag.Light In The Box

1 starI will never order from this company ever again!! I ordered 2 woman suits as well as several mens clothes. The woman suits I ordered were large and both suits turned out to be like a size small. I contacted the company via email (as they dont have a phone number you can contact them at) and explained the problem. The choices they gave me was to return both suits and pay the shipping and handling which was super expensive or keep the suits(that dont fit) and they would give me a refund of only 50 percent and only to be used towards my next purchase. I was very dissatisfied with their solution but took the 50 percent towards my next purchase. At the time I accepted the reward I was NOT INFORMED that I had to spend twice the refund amount. I placed my new order and was told that I could only use my reward if I spent over $69.89I so I decided to order the same 2 woman suits in XXL which in the App showed it was still $34.99 each but when I added to cart it showed each suit for $30.99 each so therefore I did not meet the requirement to use my reward. This is very disappointing!!! I spent over $78.00 on both suits the first time plus like $29.00 on shipping, suits were definitely no where close to being a large and then they put all these rules about using your 50 percent refund towards your new purchase (after losing half of my money) and then lower the price so you cant meet their requirements or have to add something else to meet the requirements. Their system never added my reward of $35.00 while checking out and they even made it difficult to find. This company takes advantage of their customers! I am so upset, dissatisfied and disappointed. I work hard for my money and I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. I have been left with 2 pant suits that dont fit and NO REFUND! DONT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT especially if you have to return something due to their false advertisement about their sizes. They should be ashamed of themselves!Light In The Box

After 2 months of waiting, my order came today and the clothes were the worst quality you can buy, plus even though I was very careful to order my right size according to their sizing chart, most still didn't fit. Rather than going through the hassle of trying to return them, I donated the *************** Will and I learned a very valuable ****** to always check reviews before ordering from a ****************************Light In The Box

1 starThe website was deceptive with pictures that did not match the item sent. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days making you believe it was a "local" company. It took over 12 days to receive the item. I had a previously BAD experience with ******* company similar to this and would have never bought from another! Dress was not as described and looked nothing like the on-line photo. There should be a mechanism to stop ******* companies from false/fake advertising to entice us to buy a product that we think is great and then arrives looking horrible! This ******* company did the same email giving you a percentage of your purchase price to keep the "crappy item that you will never use" instead of spending on postage to send back to *****! This is a matter of principle and really not about the money. I would gladly send back and pay the initial postage of $7.51 and just get the remainder of my purchase price $17.48 back. Amazing that their offer of 30% is exactly $7.50 the price of postage paid initially. This is definitely well thought out deceptive on-line marketing. I refuse to be held hostage by "returning to *****" and the additional cost and inconvenience when that was never advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM *****!!!Light In The Box

1 starThe Light in the box picture clearly shows their advertised t shirt arm length is half way down the shoulder but what I received was a shirt with the arm length half way down my arm. The insulting response customer support gave was We're sorry that you want to return the product. Sorry that we don't have the return label, please return it to our Asia warehouse by the cheapest tracking service in the post office. Usually, it costs $10-$40, and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. The refund USD **** will be issued once we receive it and pass the quality check.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered 2 wedding dresses (only after reading the return policy carefully and reading that if the dresses weren't made correctly, they could be returned). Neither of the dresses would even zip up, although I had ordered up a size. I contacted the company and they asked me to provide the measurements of the bust, waist, and hips with pictures of the measurements of the dresses. I sent that information to them and they replied with the same email, asking me again to provide the measurements of the bust, waist, and hips with pictures of the measurements of the dresses. I sent the information over again, noting that it was my second time sending the information over. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing from them since. I need to find and buy a wedding dress very quickly for my early August wedding and because of this company not making their dresses according to the measurements that they provided and now failing to stand behind their return policy, I am now without a wedding dress and I don't have the money that I need to buy a new dress.Light In The Box

1 starThese are the worst items I have ever purchased online. I am going to give them to charity because trying to return anything to this company is not worth my time. The stitching is white on a blue background stitching is coming out on several items nothing fits correctly sewing is gathered in the wrong places I have never seen such garbage ever in my life what a shame. 1 starI ordered a pair of men's shoes on May 6, 2023. I received many update emails until they finally arrived on May 22. The shoes didn't at all look like the photo of the shoes I had ordered. The ones that arrived were very cheap, completely different color and brand and very small for a size 10. I then tried to return them because they were definitely not the same shoes I ordered and then I started receiving long emails explaining how I am better off accepting 30% or 40% loss and not bother with returning. Ironically all reviews for these pair of shoes on their website was great. I then tried to post a review and I wasn't able to upload a photo. I finally managed to submit my poor review but it never was published. I complained and was finally told I could return them but then I was also informed that I have to pay $10-$30 shipping fee even though it was their problem that they had sent a completely different pair of shoes! They should not be allowed to do business - at least not in ******!Light In The Box
