1 starTheir product description lies. It says "Cotton blend", but when I received the item it was 85% polyester. 15% cotton is not cotton blend, this is misleading for a customer. I can't wear anything of such terrible quality, so I tried to return. They have a link to customer service for a product return but - surprise! - it never works! I tried both in browser and even downloaded their app for it, but this link conveniently doesn't work anywhere. I want my money back!!!Light In The Box

1 starTerrible experience with this company. Avoid doing business with them if you value your money. ****** learned by me, read more reviews! Lots of complaints. They sent a "large" size, but it was way too small. They said 7 days to return, but wanted me to mail it to *****! I ate the loss. Amazon, I will not be unfaithful to you again!Light In The Box

1 starThis retailer supports well-known scammers and provides no means for "guest" customers to complain when they fall prey to the scammers. One such retailer, known only as "****" has been widely reported to substitute totally different or much inferior products to customers who order the products they advertise on lightinthebox.com. I fell victim to this scammer myself (Order number ********, placed on 2023-05-26). My only recourse was to report the scam through PayPal, but to no avail. 2 starsThere is no indication on their website that they ship from Asia or that their return policy includes exorbitant shipping cost. Sizes are not consistent. I currently wear XL size T-shirts and ordered three the same size (XL). Only one of them fit me. The second was skin tight and the third was worse than that.Light In The Box

1 starTerrible experience with this company. I ordered a specific one. When I received it I realized that it is a completely different dress (different style, different fabric, different everything) but similar color only. Tried submitting an exchange request but their website doesn't work. After entering the exchange request it doesn't let you submit it. The system keeps offering 10% discount to keep the wrong dress that I don't like at all. **************** basically doesn't exist. They only send you auto-generated email in response to any inquiry. Those auto emails give you only 2 options: keep the product with 10% discount or sent it back for the price of the entire item (basically you would get zero money back.) *********** is a true disaster. I understand they are in *****, however, I have had experience with other ******* merchants and was very pleased.Light In The Box

1 starThe worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordered a pair of shorts and did not receive what I ordered at all. Wing style, wrong colour and the sizing was significantly off. Also ordered a wrist band which broke the first time I wore it. They make you apply for a refund, send photos of the product and wait for approval for a refund.... WHAT?!They then stopped responding. I finally got an email saying I could send the skirt back to ***** which would cost between $10-30 or I could expect 30% of the refund if I would keep the skirt.Nowhere was their return policy posted when I placed the order. I could not reach ***************** There is no phone listed or any way to get to *****************I have never heard of such a strange return policy and strongly advise against buying anything from Light in the BoxLight In The Box
