      LightintheBox I believe is a scam. If your order doesn't fit and need to return, it cost you more to return to them then what you paid. So i have shorts that I can't wear.But would cost more than what I paid to return ithem. What a scam

      The size was no where near what it claimed to be. When I tried to return it there was such a ridiculous process I could Not get anywhere. I simply want my money back. They make it nearly impossible and theres no way to get youll refund. Will NEVER use them again

      Horrible company. Cant return anything because you cant reach anyone. No phone numbers if you email they tell you to deal with customer service but refuse to give you the number. By the time you go through everything you have to try and find on website you still cant file for a return and then you are past the 24 hours so they can now refuse your request not that they got it because YOU CANT REACH ANYONE EVER

      My dress arrived in a package with no return address and no paperwork inside. The dress was huge, shapeless and down to my ankles. Nothing like the picture. I attempted to get return information, but they make it impossible, among other things, requiring multiple measurements and photos, and suggesting that I keep it instead of returning it. And never received a return address.I am really disgusted, and also mad at myself for falling for this scam. ****** learned.

      ******** carefully and ordered a jacket according to their sizing chart. When it arrived, I could barely fit into it. Way too small. When I submitted a service request I was told that the only way to receive a full refund was to provide measurements and pictures of their product to prove they made the sizing error. If I chose not to do all the work, they told me I could keep the item and they would immediately credit me with a coupon for a portion of my original purchase price. Why would I want to keep an item that doesn't fit me or any other normally sized adult ******** male ? Also, why would I want a coupon to shop on a company site that provides such absurdly poor customer service. They want the consumer to do all their customer service legwork for them.

      I will never order anything from this company again. Just as experienced by other customers, this company is nothing but a scam. The sizes of items advertised are never correct and returning anything to them is like looking for horney in a rock (which is time consuming and very costly without any horney). Buyer beware! The prices may be cheaper but the goods are so lousy that you're better off giving your money to the needy.

      unscrupulous company. They sell junk, take forever to deliver. They publish an "any reason" return policy but don't tell you if you want to return something they shipped from the **, you have to ship it to *****. ** post office quoted me $91 shipping cost to return 2 pant suits Disputed with our credit card company, Light in the Box straight out lied to the credit card company

      Terrible. The clothes are made very very poorly and look incredibly cheap. You will not receive a refund if not satisfied. They just drag their feet and continue to email you offering you a partial refund.

      I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.I purchased two tops from Light in the Box which Im sure when I placed the order the fabric was listed as linen. What I received was 100% polyester and not at all what the photo on the website showed. The website photo definitely looked like the tops were made of linen because you could see through the material as you would expect with linen. What Ive received is a non-breathable polyester fabric and this is not something I would ever wear.I have tried to go through the complaint and review process through my account on their website and when I hit submit nothing happens.I do not want these tops and want to return them for a full refund and anything you can do to pass this on to this company I would appreciate it.I would never buy from this company again.
