      Light in the Box cannot be trusted. If they send you a defective product, forget about getting a refund processed.Poor quality products. Don't be fooled by their marketing gimmicks and runaway from these fraudsters.

      Bad quality shoes,too expensive ,I will never ever buy again from this site I wish I would've read the reviews before buying from this site.one of the shoes was slightly smaller than the other is hurting mi toes and the other pair does not like the one advertised I'm very disapointed do not recomend it are all

      LightInTheBox is a scam! I ordered 3 dresses and they all are too small, bad quality, and cheap fabric. On pictures you see completely different dresses! You never can return your order with their rules. It will cost you even more. I am disappointed and frustrated. I would give zero stars but it's not possible

      I cant get a hold of anyone to review my order. When I go out on the website it says I have no orders but they sure took my money! I have an order number and payment successful but cant get a hold of anyone! I am assuming I have been scammed! ??

      Another *************** selling junk clothing under yet another name.....Extremely cheap fabric, no way to return. Not at all as pictured in the online catalog. Scam.

      Arsuxeo Women's Cycling Pants Cycling Padded Shorts Bike Padded Shorts Jun 21, 2023 The fit of these shorts was constrictive and felt odd. The fabric was thin and fairly sheer. The bands at the thighs were much thicker and stiffer than the body of the shorts, so that there was an unsightly bulge just above the elastic. If worn in public, they will give everyone a nice view of your most intimate details - or they will learn more than they want to know about your underwear. I do not recommend this product. Also, they do not include a return reciept, and only refund half your money. The website would not upload my pictures, either, despite their being small jpegs.

      Light in the Box is a fraudulent company making the return or credit of defective clothing impossible. I did not order a custom dress but they keep saying I did. I ordered an ordinary size ****************************************************** bust measurements at any time. I have my original online order form that proves its an ordinary size 12 dress without any specific or detailed measurements. I have asked them to produce my measurements or my original request and they have neglected to respond to any of my emails. Buyer Beware. This company is a complete scam with defective products.

      This company needs to be investigated for false advertisement. The pictures on their site or online catalog does not match the items when I received them. I ordered some shirts and the shirts did not look like the pictures on their website. The shipping fees are outrageous and they know they are selling junks, so one of their recommendation for refund is that you keep the items and they will give you a 30% refund. These shirts are not worth keeping but I don't want to pay more with the high return shipping cost.They should be giving a full refund without the high postage fees because they know they are shipping out poor quality items and are aware that the items do not look like the pictures they used for advertisement on their websites and online catalogs.The customer rating shows that many customers are not satisfy with the quality of workmanship of the items or the false pictures that are being used to represent some of these clothing items.

      I purchased a shirt from this company and the promised arrival date was June 14, 2023. I got an email stating the shirt will arrive today. Shirt never arrived and When I called the customer service number online; it said the mailbox is full. Biggest scam I have ever seen. I have 15 cameras at my house so it was never delivered. Do not trust this company. They apparently took my money and laughed all the way to the bank. 30 dollars lost but I am sure my money will be returned by the bank.
