      They took my money over 2 months ago. I cannot track i cannot contact them thru text or email. They are just stealing peoples money and not sendinf orders at all.

      I ordered a dress from LITB for my daughter's graduation. I ordered it a month early. The dress did not come in time. I recently received an email that said it would be an additional 2 weeks from whenever I was going to receive it. I thought, "Why not?" The graduation was long over, but I liked the dress enough to wait. Well, I just received an email today that said they can't FIND this dress in stock and had to cancel my order! I wish I had been told this long ago, rather than them stringing me along.

      Terrible service! My first time ordering anything from them and I wish I hadnt. I ordered 4 tops, 3 tank tops and one shirt and a pair of white pants and an ankle bracelet. I got an order yesterday, one blouse I ordered, another I didnt, At All!!! Today got another package this time I didnt even order this top at all! And to make matters worse, theyve marked the entire order as received although I still dont have everything! What kind of business is this. They got it all wrong. Im so very disappointed! They also dont make it easy to return items for refunds! 7 days from date of your receiving your products? I dont even have everything I ordered. Wow! Yes, please beware. I wish I would have read the BBBs reviews before I spent my $$$!

I ordered a shirt after using the Light In The Box size chart.I was asked to send them my upper body measurements if I wanted a refund.If I did not send my measurements, I can receive a 30% refund of the cost of the shirt, not including the shipping cost."Sorry to hear that the product does not fit while you ordered according to our size chart.       This company is a total scam. Cheapest ******* clothing available. Altered images, nothing true to size, impossible to make a return or to get a refund. Zero customer service, no phone number, no email or text messages available. They are fake and trying to act like theyre products are quality made. They are junk. Buyers beware you will just give your money away and get scammed.

      Up front, it looks like a legit company...However, I have my doubts. I never received the goods. There is no clear way to contact the company other than downloading their app (at least this what they suggest)My first and only experience suggests stay away from this CHINESE company. The orogin/location of this company is not very clear either when you order.Fortunately, my order was of a small amount Please think twice before submitting a significant order!

      DO NOT order anything from this co., customer service is nonexistent and it's been over a week since my order was suppose to arrive. Do not trust the reviews on their own website, I should've done more research into the co. I'm not expecting at all to receive the 2 items I ordered and wasted almost 60 dollars on. Learn from my mistake and don't order anything from light in the box, it's a scam.

      Buyer beware. Blouse material made of thin laminated tablecloth. Cut perfectly square and size fitted to shoulders. Thus, will not fit over b****** and hips. Untrained seamstresses, and any material they can get their hands on. Costly return process. Save your money.

      Color was wrong, how hard is it to make it in the color they showed a picture of in the ass? The fabric is cheap junk. It fits weird. They say they will make it right and then they don't. Buyers beware. I should have looked for reviews before I ordered. I was so excited to get a dress for my daughter's wedding and I look like I'm wearing something from the Dollar tree. ??
