1 starAnyone out their listen closely!!!!! Do not purchase anything from this company! They are SCAM!!! and very dishonest and because they are, they have made my family reunion a living nightmare waiting for this order. In our country Guayaberra shirts are like Hawaiian type shirts and all the men wear these shirts. Well, since i didn't have any to wear I decided to place my order with Light in a Box and knew that I would have enough time to place my order so that it would arrive in time for my family reunion. I ordered 5 beautiful short sleeve guayaberra summer shirts and 3 days before my family reunion, they finally arrived!! I was in total shock when I opened the packages!!! The shirts were nothing like the description from the website!!! they were all discolored made of poor and cheap fabric!! Plus they had an unappealing odor!! The company made it next to impossible to contact them. It was like going through the act of congress to contact them!! Light in a box should not be allowed to operate and should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of their hard earned money and sending this type of garbage!! This was A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT!I expect a full reimbursement!!!Light In The Box

1 starYou aren't going to get what you see in the photos, its cheap costume material with no tags that come in plastic zip bags with no order information. If you have to return the product, you have to go to an Asia warehouse and they make you pay for postage and then you have to wait for them to receive it which can take 2-4 weeks and then they claim they will process your refund.Light In The Box

1 starI recently order two women's blouses in the size according to their chart. When I received them, they were way to small so I contacted them to return them. I can't believe you have to send them all the way back to *****!! Then they don't refund you the full amount you paid for them. You have to fill out a customs form and go through alot of hassle. 1 starI ordered a pantsuit for my grandsons wedding. I ordered my size 18 women's plus. I did not submit any measurements for it to be custom made. The purchase arrived in excellent condition in all aspects except size. There was no purchase or return receipt. When contact was made with customer service they responded that it was a custom made item and could not be refunded. they offered a reward coupon to use for another purchase or a 20% refund. Why would you offer a reward for merchandise that you know is not the correct size. Your company is a scam ...and just rips people off. I spent ****** plus shipping that I cannot wear. Your customer service is shoddy cannot speak to anyone... I am a senior citizen who does not have money to give away. I advise everyone to avoid the experience that I just described. I'm stuck with an out I can't wear or exchange and still have to purchase an outfit for the occasion. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.Light In The Box

1 starDo NOT do business with this company! They are dishonest, make it impossible to contact them and when you do ************ from someone, it's "Too Bad, So Sad For You!" Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. One was off the rack as I wasn't sure of the sizing and the website said it was returnable. The other was a custom order. When I received them, both dresses were trashed with snags, discoloration to the fabric, poor fit on both, and the "off the rack" dress reeked of fish odor. I knew I had to keep the custom dress but when I went on the website to return the one off the rack, they said it too was custom even though I had documentation showing proof that it wasn't. The dresses weren't monetarily cheap as they were over $400 just cheaply made. What a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT!Light In The Box

1 starTerrible company. The clothes do not look like the pictures. You get a very cheap looking version and when you want to return your items they make you mail it back to Asia although they clearly have a wharf house in America because it only took 3-4 days to get my items. The shipping back to Asia is $85. Then if you want to keep the items and get a partial refund with their new offer to increase your refund by 20% which would give you a total of 50% back which stinks, there is no way to do it. They do not let you communicate to any kind of customer service. Do not buy from them.Light In The Box

1 starI really wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered a wedding dress from ITB- it was not the right color and I send a message to customer service, per their request, and they tell me it is non-refundable because it was made to order! How can it be "made to order" when it was one size that is a normal size, like a shoe, for jeez sakes! Therefore, EVERY dress you order is not refundable, let's just be honest- then the answer is a reward discount on my next purchase! You must be kidding, "as if, I will ever order anything from them again!" And, don't bother sending a response that you are sorry because it is just a "copy and paste" from all your past "bad reviews", duplicated apologizes!Light In The Box
