1 starJust the biggest ripoff of all time. Ordered 2 blouses and one was not the size I ordered (XL) but was Med.Other shirt was an XL but soiled in the front! Tried to return by way of their ridiculous return system, taking photos and providing barcodes BUT unable to complete process due to unreachable CONFIRM button that is hidden under keyboard!! Tried the online CHAT and forget that. They want your credit card # to charge you a $5 membership fee that "you'll get back after problem resolved"! They have customers over a barrel because it is impossible to talk to a person and they know you'll get so aggravated that you will say "The h*** with it" and forget about it altogether. WHAT A LOUSY COMPANY - NEVER AGAIN FOR ME, THANKS.*********************** ********, ** They don't even deserve 1 star.Light In The Box

1 starTrying to contact them is impossible, they dont respond and ignore all correspondence sent them. They got my order wrong and will not correct it. I ordered two pairs of western boots, they sent me two pairs of the same boots. I received two pairs in gold, was supposed to get one pair in silver. To say the quality was poor would be an understatement.Light In The Box

When I asked to return for a refund I was told I need to send to ********* at my own expense with tracking (I live in the US). So I was cheated out of some $150 or so. 1 starFraudulent. I purchased ad **** from them. It arrived extremely late and I needed in for a wedding. I had to find something else. I tried to return it and they refused to give me a refunds We're sorry that you want to return the product. However, please kindly note that this product couldn't be returned for customer's personal reason (eg: don't like it, bought wrong size, no longer needed, etc). Because this item belong to the "Non-Returnable Items" in our Return Policy: ******************************************* is never mentioned upon purchasing the dress. 1 starI ordered three tops from this company none of them satisfactory for variety of reasons which include poor workmanship as far as stitching, material quality and odd fit.Several attempts to initiate a return for refund unsuccessful as site requires you to download an app to do anything including view orders! I do not download apps due to potential security issues. So I made several attempts calling their 206.... customer service phone number but each time receive message that mailbox is full (not surprising) and further instructionto send smx no response. I guess they cover themselves with the app download instructions but they still need to have a phone or email communication available for customers who do not want to download apps.. So now the 7 day return window is over as they cannot be reached to initiate the return. Very frustrated and disappointed with my experience.Light In The Box

1 starBased on my experience, I rate this company as a total scam. I purchased two pair of shoes, which I did not like. When I tried to return them, I was told that I cannot return them because they were a customized order. They were not a customized order in any sense. I got nothing but run-arounds and falsehoods when I tried to work with this company. I tried to leave a review on their website, but was unable to do so. I believe that their positive reviews must be mostly fake. Save yourself a lot of grief and steer clear of these con artists.Light In The Box

1 starI bought several dresses. Unfortunately, quality was extremely poor and I wanted to return items. I have initiated a return process. During this process, I explain my reason for return...poor quality. I received communication from the buyer, that in order to proceed with a refund, I will have to include ...a photo of damage goods. Without it, refund will not be processed. No customer service available to talk to. After a month, I am still waiting to receive a response back. I just to want to refund a product for full purchase amount. I have initiated a dispute with my credit company as well.Light In The Box
