1 starPlease beware that this company makes you pay for shipping products back which in my case was $30 with cheapest shipping option back to ***** for 2 pairs of shorts and total purchase of $54. So I've just lost more than 50% of my money. Unfortunately, i've used paypal for transaction so now I'm waiting for them to rule in my favor pending the shipment return as they don't allow "transaction dispute". I will never use that service again, bad for honest customers, good for scammy sellers.Light In The Box

1 starI ordered over 200 dollars worth of clothes. I could not get into my account. Tried to change password but can not get email response. Tried every single suggestion on their web site. I got an automated email from them which did not help. Can not look at my order or see when it will arrive. They have no problem taking my money but huge problems with communication. 1 starMy order arrived really quickly. I ordered it in the evening on August 1st, and received it August 8th, 2 days before it was predicted to arrive. The "made to order" text is at the bottom in lighter font than the rest of the description, and I couldn't see it. I ordered two dresses because my wedding is coming up and I didn't want to wait and see if one didn't fit and have to go through a process to return it. Both dresses are too large. Turns out, they want proof that the dress isn't made to fit me somehow, but they want me to measure the dress to see if the dimensions they sewed it to were wrong. That's not the issue???I also couldn't find where to even initiate a return on the website and ended up downloading the app. When I tried to find it again on my desktop browser so I could see the message they responded with, it took me literally 30 minutes. It's also difficult on the app they make you download. There isn't a "returns" button anywhere. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult for you to find how to return an item and then proceed to make it so difficult that you cave and keep the dresses and instead get either a 50% "reward" (or credit on their website) or a 30% refund. This website is just another scam like so many others.Light In The Box

1 starJust discovered **** has a very strange return policy I did not fully comprehend when placing an order.Excerpts from the refund policy:"Note: Items that can be returned/refunded must follow the criteria below:1. Items are in the original packing with tags.2. Items are in brand new condition:No perfume, unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.Return Conditions:For items with no quality issue, please understand that we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.""Non-Refundable Items, We cannot accept refunds under the following conditions 1. Items outside the warranty time frame. 2. Washed, worn used, tag-removed, or misused items. 3. Items under the following categories are non-refundable for the customer's reason." Considering the wording of number 3, ordering a dress by the LITB size chart that is too large, even though a smaller size was ordered, is not eligible for a refund. They offered a 10% gift certificate to keep the dress. This is not worth another order with LITB, However, the dress can be returned for a refund for reasons such as I just did not like/want it anymore. This is explained by the statement "*7 Days No Reason Return. Within 7 days of you receiving the product, if you wish to return it for personal reasons and the product is still in brand new condition, you may return it for a refund of the item price. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Please submit a Return or Exchange ticket within 7 days of the order being received. This type of return is further explained in a footnote below the category table.A refund is not given for an inaccurate sizing chart vs. the dress measurements, it is given if I just changed my mind.Now, just who keeps the original shipping envelope for 7 days? Or the plastic envelope the dress was contained in, within the shipping envelope?Light In The Box

1 starAbsolute SCAM and FRAUD.......They are so dishonest and deceitful that they closed my file so that I can no longer contact management to complain after **************** was unable to resolve my issues and CLOSED my inquiry.I have a Rewards amount equivalent to $119.95 in my file with Light in the Box that I am unable to use as the company has closed my ***************** inquiry after receiving 6 items of which 4 were the wrong size. I tried over weeks to resolve the issue and just wanted to exchange for items in their inventory in the correct size. They CANCELLED that replacement/exchange order by telling me that I could not use my rewards because there was a COUPON of $4.20 issued by LITB that prevents the ability to access the rewards to pay the invoice. They refuse to give me access to management to resolve my issue and to get my money back or to spend it on other items. HOW DISHONEST CAN A COMPANY BE!Gen StepuraLight In The Box

1 starI have had a horrible experience - stay away! The order was delayed by months, upon arrival the clothing is the right size but not designed properly - I can't walk comfortably in it. Their veneer of customer service is an automated system of pablum, when needing to return the item, while they advertised it would be easy, they said I needed to take exact measurements, 'Photograph' myself with the measurements, and then send the package, at my expense, back to ***** from the U.S. Last experience I will have with them.Light In The Box
