1 starI have tried to contact the company through their website 3X, complete with detailed photos. I also tried to reach them via ****** Play reviews on their app and am now starting the dispute process to get a full refund via Paypal. Perhaps they don't realize taking money online for misrepresented products could be wire fraud. Or perhaps they do, and that's why their website complaint/return forms don't work.Like many here, the product I ordered (men's biker vintage boots) and paid for is so different it may as well be a different product. It also had damage marks. That the company makes it very difficult to submit a return ticket is suspect. I will continue my quest for a refund. And if they really want the cheap boots they sent back, they can pay for that.Light In The Box

1 starTerrible company and a complete scam in my opinion. Bought a $166.40 pant suit for an event. Came in and the arms were too small and the pants were too big and the shirt was too short. Asked for a return. Was told no because it was a custom order. Lies. I selected a standard size from the options available on the site. They came back defining custom order as something off the wall from the traditional definition. They finally agreed to refund me for the cost minus the shipping PLUS I had to pay for shipping back. They offered a discount if I used the cheapest shipping possible (which means no tracking or insurance....that alone sounded sketchy). After paying $71 to ship it, following every step they gave me to a tee, including emailing them with the tracking. They closed my service ticket without notification, have let it sit in customs for over a week ***** told me there's nothing more I can do from my end), and now I've had to submit a second return request today for the product because the website shows ZERO methods for contacting them otherwise. It's been a month since I started this process and I've seen no results. I've demanded a FULL refund ($166.40) and ideally it would be nice to be refunded for my overpriced shipping I paid to have the peace of mind it was trackable and insured (which is no longer doing so since the company won't get it from customs). I have kept copies of all communications just in case, but don't have high hopes of the company doing what's right in this situation.Light In The Box

1 starZero star if possible! Do not shop Lightinthebox products. As others have said, product descriptions are deceptive. We ordered a Men's Puffer style quilted parka in a XXL size for our 6'2" grandson and product received was miniature and we don't think it could even pass as a XXL as a youth size. Company says that since they service customers worldwide, their "size chart lacks standardization across all regions". I believe if they're going to market in the *** they should size it in some resemblance to a *** standard, not a hobbit standard. Their offered solution is for us to pay shipping back to ***** (when we paid shipping for small item) and wait 4 weeks for them to receive, to get a replacement item which also likely won't fit if a XXL is that small. By the time this would get resolved spring would arrive. Avoid this company.Light In The Box

1 starBuyer Beware!! Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a nice bike jersey and pants to match and I received a weird pair of shorts and a strange shirt that said "old woman on a bicycle". OMG, just what I wanted!! LITB sent paypal a letter stating that I received the merchandise. I disputed that as it wasn't what I ordered and for sure nothing I would wear. I NEVER received what I ordered. Then it was determined that I would need to return the items before receiving a credit but as of yet, I don't have an address of where to return the garbage I received. Won't help much anyway because they won't pay for postage. Why am I being punished because they sent me the wrong stuff? I believe this is fraudulent and some of the reviews I saw online must have been manipulated to make themselves look better. Please investigate this company.Light In The Box
