1 starI just got scammed of 208 dollars even after providing the *** tracking to then stating it was delivered to wrong address, they still claim it was delivered. They make up their own tracking page, one from their site and then there is a real tracking from the carrier. I even put a claim with paypal and they were stupid enough to believe lightinabox's fake tracking page. Do Not but from this company, better yet do not buy from *****!!!Light In The Box

1 starI never fall for "too good to be true" online ads. I somehow fell for this one and purchased a few shirts, a vest and a coat. The pictures look amazing. The items arrived and the shirts looked ok, at least good enough for the 18 dollar price. The rest of the items were so cheap that threads were already hanging off them and the material was the thinnest and cheapest material you could imagine. I navigated their return policy, which was difficult, and sent them back to "*****************" in ******. I added a return receipt at the post office (Yes, i had to pay return shipping). A few months later, no credit, no communication or anything else. i ****** earth searched the ****** location and it is a office front in a strip mall with no signage. I got scammed. I'm only out 60 bucks or so but hope this message finds anyone that is looking to buy from them. Don't do it. The products are the poorest quality and once they have your money, you are on your own.Light In The Box

1 starPurchased a faux fur jacket and the product was to small and did not look like its picture, the designed was cheaply made and the size was of a child, the total amount for the product was over $100.00 dollars including delivery fee, trying to get a refund was like pulling a tooth, following the steps recommended was a joke each time I would click submit ticket it wouldn't move, I tried at least twenty times to submit, I even downloaded the app and the only options were to reorder not for refunds, WHY would I reorder something that needs to be refunded or exchanged? Warning to anyone who is interested in BUYING from Light In The Box Don't, they are unprofessional and need to be put out of business in ***************** for false advertisement and terrible business practices.Light In The Box

1 starThis is a horrible company I bought a supposed pea coat, but what l received was not even close. Very deceitful I wanted to leave a review but they dont allow you. Theres no place for customers to write a review, all you see are fake people claiming they just bought the coat which is all a lie because its the same names you see each time. Theres no space for a review but you see fake people stating they are pleased with their purchase. This is deceptive and l will look for all avenues to inform people of how horrible they are. They ask you to download the app to leave a review but when you go to download the app, they ask you to confirm your payment method and thats the only thing you see, nothing else. 1 starThe Online electronic commerce with Light in the Box is unrewarding . I ordered and received the worst seasonal coat on 09 January **** . . It does not conform to the business advertisement . The camel hued coat is surprisingly Cambric , gossamer, and ersatz . There is NO quality assurance. Its cost was $16.89 , which included the shipping costs of $8.00. I notified the company of my planned return via their app review section . Their refund policies are NOT published. No response and confirmed acknowledgement was received. I want refund of their advertised discount of $ **** since the postal delivery had alreadyneen done at $8.00 . I am very disappointed. 1 starDeceiving the customer seems to be the objective. The same photo was used for several vastly different products on their site. I thought I was ordering two small stained glass lamps but instead I received cheap plastic desk ornaments worth about $3 each. I was charged $15 each plus shipping . On principle, I returned both at a cost of $17. My *********** receipt is dated 8th September 2023. Now, 4 months later I have received no refund. 2 starsI had previously placed 1 large order with LITB. In December I made a large order of 5 pairs of shoes over $200 but first made sure to read that it said I could receive a full refund OR exchange as long as I responded within 7 days of delivery. Well I just got the shoes and 3 pairs dont fit at all (only 1 of those is cheaply made) and the last 2 pairs I just asked for an exchange. But 3 days ago they emailed me and said I need to pick whether I want to keep the shoes and get a 30% refund, or send them back and only get 50% of what I paid. I dont want either I want what I was told, and I followed their instructions. I should be able to return 3 pairs, and just exchange the last 2. Im so upset and I placed another large order just the other day. Im still waiting for an email response so I will absolutely come back here and update this post if they fix things appropriately, but that email from them, and there lack of a response back to me for the last 2 days, is concerning. Why would anyone risk buying something, even if it is cheaper, if this is how they respond to customers? Im still holding out they come throughLight In The Box

1 starFraud. Only one word describes them. They dont care about reviews as the only business and revenue they make is by the first time customers and this is more than enough for them. I ordered a sweater that was marketed in a very attractive way online to receive a plastic long sleeve shirt with sprayed coloured! Yes plastic material not any fabric we know and the color was sprayed.The item price was $11, shipping $12 and the rerun cost on me so I will be refunded $1-2 only plus time and effort to visit *** or USPS.They are stealing us , they are individuals in *** and they know what they do.Very badLight In The Box
