1 starEvery dress ordered from this Light in the Box was not the same as pictured (if the dress was pictures with layers what you got was just an imprint on cheap fabric). Cheaply made, not quality at all, not what was pictured, couldn'nt and wouldn't wear them. I lost well over $200.00Light In The Box

1 starOrdered a shirt 01/09/24.They lied and said it was shipping out of Ozone Park, **. Then, it was suddenly stuck in Customs FOR 11 DAYS. For a shirt going from ** to WI? Why would that need to go through Customs? Then it was supposedly delivered to a "local courier". End of expected delivery time was 2 days ago.The delivery information is no longer active. I have NOT received my order. It has been 17 DAYS.I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank tomorrow for fraud. I do not believe it was ever sent, and this company is hoping to keep money they did not earn by providing the product they falsely advertised as being available.Light In The Box

I am advised I can't return them for a refund because they were custom orders which is NOT true because I ordered the sizes offered on the website.I stated on the website this is an unscrupulous and fraudulent company. 1 starThis is the worst shirt I have ever purchased! The ad showed a nice-looking knit shirt with a brown collar and nice earthy tones. What I received was a very cheap 100% polyester shirt - fabric like a child's Spiderman costume, with a design printed on it. The collar is turquoise, and the colors are pink, dark pink and turquoise. It is hideous and very cheap!!!!!Light In The Box

1 starWish I wouldve read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered two wedding dresses, both are cheaply made and neither fit. Although they are both size 4, one is too big and one too small. I tried to request a refund ticket two days after receiving, which is within their 7-day policy. LITB responded that I can choose 30% refund and keep items or 50% off buying more items, but no full refund. I am responsible for shipping items back to Asia, but there has been no refund ticket issued, nor an option for a credit of my money. This is fraudulent business activity!Light In The Box

2 starsI ordered an item, it never arrived yet I received an email that it did. Attempted to contact company via email sent to me with tracking, through an unknown delivery service, thus I cannot confirm the tracking. My email was returned as undeliverable. I cannot locate an alternate way to contact them besides the app, however I cannot recall my password and when trying to select the forgot my password function, I receive an auto message that a new password was sent to my email. It is not a new password however, simply a link to log in, therefore it is just an endless loop of me indicating I need to reset my password and the auto emails that prompt me to sign in. I ordered another package from them at the same time as this one, it did arrive, but looks nothing like the photos on the website and had threads coming loose. Would never have purchased if I know the quality would be as is.Light In The Box
