1 starGood Morning, The initial response in regards to my request for a refund was done in a timely manner; I was presented with (2) options which I am not interested and and responded back requesting a return of the item because I want to a full refund. I hope that its an oversight and not an intentional disregard by your company attempting to not honor my request however the same attention is/had not been given to me as in the beginning in terms of your response time. What is needed in order for to proceed so that I can be fully refunded for the shoes that I cannot use because they are too large and have a very strong chemical odor? 1 starOrdered dress, paid in total $180.00, used measurements provided and I usually wear a size 10, ordered size 12 and it will not zip. I was immediately refused refund stating the website told you we run small!!! Can you imagine?! And this was NOT a custom order! Total scammers! I will NEVER buy from them again. I dont know what I was thinking, I should have known better, have to order American from now on. Buyer beware. I doubt they ever refund anything for anyone!Light In The Box
