1 starI cant honestly say that is the ********** location because there is absolutely no mention of a location on their website. I bought a product looking at their guaranteed seven day. No questions asked return. At first they denied my return, but I pushed on and they finally agreed to it, but they said when you returned to them, you must pay the shipping cost. They asked that you not use DHL or *** or any of the other freight companies but wanted you to use ***** They estimated the cost to return the items I had at $40. The cost is actually $100 because I have to ship it to *****. they dont tell you this when you buy things. I will never buy anything from them again, and I hope this warns people not to do business with them.Light In The Box

1 starI bought two mens shirts from Light in the Box and both were very thin material and one was much tighter than the other even tough both were the same size! I bought three mens shorts and the material was very thin and the shorts were too long. I am trying to return most items and it seems impossible to talk to anyone. Also they stated they are going to charge me even more money to return them after they charged me a lot to receive them. My advice, do yourself a favor and buy clothing elsewhere!!Light In The Box

They sent me a "delayed" email, and gave me three choices. 1) 25% reward to be used on my next order. 2) 15% refund 3) Cancel the item. But I'm afraid to click the link to cancel. 1 starTerrible quality. I ordered a figure skating dress from them for my daughter and it is a joke. The fit dimensions are nowhere close to what they listed online so overall the dress does not fit. The worst part of the dress is they put snaps, three snaps in the crotch of the dress instead of sewing it closed and putting a zipper or clasp in the neck area. I am disgusted with this company. They will not give me a refund or allow a return. Do not order from this company.Light In The Box

1 starI would give negative stars if possible. My wife ordered a dress and it came in a totally will not fit size (waist was fine, chest/bust was way small). Was told it could not be returned, due to it being a 'special order'. When I threatened to have credit card chargeback, they agreed to accept a return, provided we paid to have it shipped to *****! Return process itself is cumbersome, and it cost us 20% of what was paid for item to ship it back. Hopefully we will actually see the refund.Never, ever do business with this business.Light In The Box

1 starThey are a scam company 100% I bought 6 blacklight uv reactive tapestries and none of them are blacklight uv reactive at all not only are they not glowy they are poor quality super super dark even in complete daylight. I paid over $200 for these tapestries to do all my walls and I paid high shipping, and when you try to return them you get the full complete run around. All the sudden nothing works Unknown errors and all the sudden your password doesn't work but to change the password you have to type in the old one but the passwords you have do not work when they say they will send you a link to change your password even though I wrote them down 3 times in my password book for these reasons alone, when you click the forgot password button they say they will send you a link to your email but it never comes no matter how many times you try it or how long you wait. You have to do a whole separate return ticket per item which means more return shipping so much infact you just have to except being ripped off and laughed at. This company has zero interest in return customers this is a get the customer to buy stuff at high prices and shipping so you think it must not be a rip off but it is.They never intend to fix any problems your just ripped off. No phone to call them no customer service it needs to be stopped or they need to step up and not do people wrong like this. I am just now reading the other reviews and I should have looked on this site first or I never would have ordered from them. I am so sick of these scam companies! All in all I give this company a zero I had better experience with wish.com which is also scam. Trash do not order from them.
