  We are convinced that we could not have achieved the settlement offer we received from the insurance company without the ******** report and subsequent follow up letter response to the initial offer. The fee that they charged was well worth it. This is certainly a subject that few know anything about, we certainly did not. With ******* guidance we now know, we needed the help that ******** provided.

  I must say at first we were a little skeptical based on some of the reviews that we read...but after a honest conversation with ******...expressing our hesitation ... she assured us that she would fight for us and make sure we got everything that our food truck was insured for. And she did just that and more!! She kept us in the loop as she negotiated with the insurance company...and at the end of the day we got everything that our food truck was insured for which was $20,000 more that what the insurance company had originally offered us. ****** did exactly what we needed her to do...and everything that she said she would! Now we can get to building a new food truck. We wholeheartedly recommend ****** and her company Autolos

  ****** was fantastic to work with and was able to get ** over $12,500 in our DV claim. The insurance company was only offering $5000 until they received ******'s report. Thank you for your help. I highly recommend this company for your DV claim.

  Hired this company to help me get more money from my diminished value insurance claim. I was told when I called for a consultation that the $325 I paid was refundable if they werent able to help me get more money. Communication was lacking on their part. Everytime I called I had to give them my name and email and they could never find the emails I had sent to them or they had sent to me so I had to remind them each conversation of where I was in the process and what documentation I had already sent the insurance company. The insurance company never budged so I accepted their offer and asked for a refund from ******. All I kept getting were emails saying give them ***** hours to review my request and them asking me to send them various responses I received from the insurance company that I already forwarded to them. BIG WASTE OF TIME! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! Dont fall for their lies or scam.

  ******** is an incredible company. It's not a joke - It's real. I was a little bit reluctant at first because I was dealing with an insurance company that was extremely acting in a bad faith since the beginning of the process. So, when it came to the diminished value, I knew they would be terrible. They first estimated the diminished value of my car at ~ $300, which didn't make any sense. ********************* reassured me ******** will be helping me get a reasonable amount and they will be working with me till the end of the process. And that's what they did. The insurance wasn't open to a fair negotiation. Their final offer was ~600 and they said if I do not accept the offer, I would have to file a suit. They knew that finding a lawyer in such case would be worthless and probably impossible as there was no injury in the accident and it was just claiming for the diminished value of the car. ********************* and her team helped me file a complaint at the state corporation commission. The insurance company then ended up recognizing the bad faith and reached out offering $2300 as diminished value. I'd definitely recommend ********, ********************* and her team!!!

  Very responsive licensed appraisal service. Other than a long response time from CSAA at first, CSAA seemed satisfied with ********' work and both sides were professional and courteous. We arrived at a DV reimbursement about half of the difference between ******** and CSAA's appraisal.
