    My new Polestar was damaged by a delivery truck while parked. The insurance for the trucking firm refused to pay for my Diminished Value claim. When a new car gets a CarFax damage report some buyers will not purchase at all. Others want a big discount. I was stuck until I contacted ********. ****** had me send the information regarding the damage and my car. She prepared a report about the diminished value and sent it to the insurer. Less than 24 hours later the insurer raised their offer by $5,000.00 and we settled. Thank you, ******!

    ******** was a fantastic advocate for my diminished value claim with the other insurance company. She was able to negotiate more than double what the insurance company's appraiser offered using actual numbers not smoke and mirrors.     I argued with the insurance company on my loss for 3 months. Once I got ****** involved the claim was settled in 2 weeks, and she was able to triple the company's original offer. If I ever need auto claims assistance again autoloss.com will be my 1st call. ************ **** ******

    ****** was recommended to me from a comment in a ******** group where I had posted about my car accident. I was apprehensive to use her services at first given the fact that she was recommended to me by a stranger but with this being my first accident, I needed the help. To start, she walks you through the process before asking for a one time fee. From there on out shes dedicated to the process of getting you the best value on your claim. **** been professional, quick to respond, and on top of what needed to be done to make sure that I was being taken care of. **** someone I will continue to recommend to family, friends, and strangers in ******** groups should anyone need her services.     After contracting with AUTO Loss they used the wrong model year. Calculated unreal Diminished Value loss and ********************* laughed at their demand letter. The proper way to address their miscarriage would have been to apologize for making a fiasco out out a ridiculous mistake and issue a refund. But, that's not AUTO Loss. They turn their back and walk away.
