  The customer service and effectiveness of ******** is absolutely exceptional. Communication during the appraisal process was simple and easy. Their staff's responses were always prompt and helpful. And perhaps most importantly, ******** was able to negotiate a value for our totaled vehicle that was $3,000 higher than the value initially quoted us by our insurance company. I'd recommend ******** to anybody anytime.********10/10/23

  I was involved in an accident in April 2023, and received the standard claim payments for my truck. I was familiar with trying to obtain diminshed value for my damages. I attempted to obtain a diminished value for the damage to my truck, as the accident was not my fault. The insurance company came in at a very low amount. I found Auto Loss online and proceeded to contact them to assist me with the dmv claim. They were very prompt. professional and very helpful, and guided me step by step on how to obtain my dmv for the damage to my truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking professional help in trying to obtain diminished value for your vehicle.

  ****** and her team were quick to respond and provided me support not just with the appraisal, but also helped me draft up responses to the insurance agency throughout the process. Some of the documentation seemed rushed with typos and formatting, which is why I subtracted 1 star. In the end, I'm happy I chose ******** and I am satisfied that I was able to receive a a fair settlement with their help!

  I was unfamiliar with this aspect of insurance and was very reluctant to engage in the process. ******** took the time to walk me through the whole process and answered all my questions.Now I not only understand the process, but I understand what I lost and why I'm *********** a settlement. ******** helped get even more than I had expected.   To receive reimbursement for a lost value, we used ********. ****** was extremely helpful and made sure we refused the low-ball offers. In light of how much they were able to assist me get, the money I paid ******** was more than worth it. If you believe the claim of decreasing value is unjustified, I would highly advocate using their services.

  I was not at all too sure about working with someone not in person. I am now surely glad I took the chance on ********************* at Auto Loss.com. I am the benefactor of a sizeable amount of settement from my insurance company. ****** instructed me step by step on how to converse with the insurance agent. Everything she told me worked.   I contacted ******** after reviewing a few sites and worked with ******; she was expedient in replying w/ an estimated amount I could receive, and also notified me that I can also claim back the amount I paid ******** from the The city eventually agreed to pay the full amount that ******** calculated for me plus loss of use and administrative fees that i had to pay for, totaling around $8500. They were a joy to deal with and Id happily recommend them to anybody looking for a diminished value specialist. Appreciate the help ******!

  I found ******** on the internet and was glad I did. Most people never heard of diminished value. I had but did not know how to file a claim. They researched what my loss was and submitted a claim for about $8000 to the insurance company. The insurance company came back with an offer of $5500. I called ******** and was told that $5500 was a good offer but if I wanted more, they would prepare a demand letter for me if I did a little research. I went online and checked out Vroom and Carvana for what my trade in value was after the accident. With this information, ******** prepared a letter for me indicating that I would accept $7300. I was offered $6500, but I did not blink. I ended up getting $7300. I am a happy camper. I highly recommend ******** if you are in an accident not your fault to make sure you get fully reimbursed for the loss in value of your vehicle due to the accident.

  This company is a truly fraud. They do nothing but sent you the template which does not even match your case! ****** is super rude and after they collect the money, they do nothing to help you! They never read the email I forwarded to them, but sending me their hopeless template repeatedly. They said they will not refund your money until the last step then they will not tell you the process to last step.

  ****** and her staff are outstanding. She understands the foreign nature of the insurance process her clients are attempting to navigate through, and she does an excellent job communicating and explaining the processalong with obtaining great results. Theres nobody Id rather hire for this.
