    ****** and her staff from the beginning were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding my Diminished Value Claim for my 2022 ***** Civic! Her report was absolutely incredible and her documentation right on point. She was able to get me $5500.00 which we were very pleased with!     I was very pleased with the help I received from ****** and her team at ********. They wrote and submitted my claim for me plus they gave me valuable information about what the insurance company might say and how I should respond to them. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own.

    To each their own. I read a few bad reviews, but I had a very positive experience with ****** and *****************They were recommended to me by a trusted family friend. My daughter totalled her car, and the insurance company offered me less than half of what the car was valued on kbb.com, which really ****** me off. After a few weeks, with ******'s appraisal, the insurance company's offer went from $2,800 to $9,800. I'm an 18+ year major airline Captain, and a 20+ year Air Force retired combat veteran pilot. This review is real, and factual.

    ******** help me to get a good offer from ***** ****. The process took 6-7 months but at the end it worth for waiting. Be patient and follow the steps with ******** directions. But I think I was lucky because I was negotiating with ***** ****. I don't know what would I face if it was another insurance company.

    ***************** are a complete fraudthey will NOT be able to get you any better offer than what the insurance company offers you. After making 5 separate attempts to increase my settlement from her recommendations I was left with the very first dollar amount they offered initially. Minus of course her fee for doing absolutely NOTHING. STAY AWAY, you are wasting your money !!!
