1 starDon't waste your time with ********. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using ******** DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, ******** heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. ******** provides zero communication with the ****************** That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than ******** will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.Review fromLauren M

5 starsI just googled and found them on line so was t sure if it was legit?? but I took the risk bc it was a money back guarantee if I did not receive more than I was offer before. I was offered $1,300 the insurance company told me they would not offer me more. But the letter ****** wrote me up miraculously made them change their offer to $2,500 so Im very happy with the out come!!Review fromJ. M.

****** is a scam artist. She talks fast and responds immediately when trying to collect the $325.00. Its not until you get the report that you receive the instruction manual to inform you what you will go through with the insurance company. To include getting physical vehicle appraisals from car lots all while having to deceive them because they wont appraise a vehicle for the purpose of DV. On the actual DV Report She put a pre-accident value on my 2018 ***** *****6 Turbocharged Grand Touring of $33,250.00. hilarious. My cars MSRP brand new was under 31k five years ago brand new. It now has ****** miles. She commented about the condition of the interior, exterior, and dashboard. Shes never seen my car. The report had features that my car does not have and was missing many features my car does have. ****** had my vin number and listed it on the report. Shes written more than ****** DV claims herself, but cant accurately identify a vehicles specs and features. According to the report, my car has fog light, Xeon headlights, ventilated seats, dual power front seats, leather seats, supposedly four wheel drive, etc, all of which my vehicle does not have. The report does not mention the features my vehicle does have such as turbocharged engine, sunroof, heated front seats, dual zone climate control, Apple CarPlay, or leatherette seats. ****** my vehicle with no vin and see the accurate trim features. I sent emails noting discrepancies in the features, I questioned her valuation exceeding my cars brand new MSRP. ****** didnt respond to all of them. She responded we can remove the fog lights and then submit it. PS *************************** report has disclaimers absolving her and her company from accountability for report accuracy and omissions. After bringing this to her attention, she said she had the correct trim level. I asked for a refund. I told her I was not happy with the product, ****** refused to give me a refund. Do not do business with this company.AutoLoss.com

Please see the response from this client. We sent him his report and he stated that we had the wrong vehicle. I sent him an email to have him send us the correct information. He refused to give us the correct information. The information from the repair order he sent us had the same vehicle we appraised in our report. Please see the below responses from this client. Also, we are BBB Members and have over 4.0 stars on BBB, ******* and Site jabber for over 15 years. ************************* Owner of ********
The negative reviews have proof of legitimacy attached to them. No, Im absolutely not going to remove a warning to future customers. No way. I will file a lawsuit against you and fly to your jurisdiction to carry out small claims'proceedings before I remove the reviews or let you keep my money. You know that you missed the **** on this report and that it is common practice for you to mass produce cookie cutter DV reports that carry little weight with insurance companies. The incompetent work you presented to me is not hard to prove. You decide.

I should not be required to write the report for you. I paid for a professionally prepared report, the information you are asking me to provide to you THE PROFESSIONAL, is available to anyone with a 30 second ****** search. If you cant get that right, what am I paying for? I think Ive laid my case out clearly, but yet you stick to defending your cookie cutter reports with all of their embellishments. Go sell them to someone else. Your services arent worth the time its taken me to tell you how awful they are.

************************* continues to imply that I refused to give her information for the report. The information she is insistent that I should provide are the accurate features for my vehicle. The features on her report are so far off, it is clear that she never even looked up my vehicle make model and trim level, she just added the vehicle make model and trim level from the collision center invoice to her cookie cutter report. Also, ****** HAS NEVER answered why her pre-accident valuation of my vehicle exceeded the brand new MSRP by several thousand dollars. The car is five years old and has ****** miles; how is it worth more now than it was when it was brand new. I asked ****** for a refund when I realized her product was garbage. All she had to do was refund my money. I paid for a professional appraisal and I got a cookie cutter report. The insurance company can tell me exactly what features my vehicle has and does not have. My year make and model ***** has two "optional" features, and she never asked about those, all of the other features are standard for that trim level and can be found on ****** in less than 30 seconds. Yet ****** continues to harp that I REFUSED to provide her with the vehicle information. If she can't get the valuation or the trim level features correct as a professional appraiser who specializes in DV reports, I don't want her report, I want my money back. You don't collect $325.00 and then ask your customer to do your work for you. Caveat Emptor!Review fromJon H

4 starsI engaged ******** for an estimate of Diminished Value (DV). I provided this estimate to State Farm. The at 1st denied the claim stating the State of ************************* do not require them to cover DV. After reviewing ******** reviews, I found that ******** does require State Farm to cover DV claims. I provided State Farm with the documentation. They initially came back with a lower offer. I then filed some additional claims based on additional cost incurred. State Farm then covered the full DV claim plus 2 of the 3 additional claims I filed. With the info ******** provided me, I was able recover all losses to my satisfaction.Review fromDavid S

1 starWorst service I had in a long time. I was involved in a accident before I got to another accident and I told ******** about my situation and was told that the other insurance will pay out the deprecation value for my car. I was guaranteed that I will get a pay out so i could trade my car out since i'm not happy having a car that has been in a accident. So I paid this company and been back and forth with the other insurance company. Was told that since my car been in a previous accident the deprecation loss wont be covered. So I contact ****** from autoloss and let her know. She had me fill out a form through the commissioner for insurance and that will help me fight this claim. So I told her that i paid autoloss to get my claim taken care of not me doing the work. She said until the commissioner respond to my issue they have to wait. what a waste of time and money. So i'm out of close to ***************************************************************************** now. Every time I try contacting ****** I get a email back saying they will contact me in the next 24 to 48 hours. Guess what, I waited a few times and I didnt get a answer till almost a week. I understand i'm not the only client but at least do what you say and get this claim taken care of. I request my money back since I was guaranteed I will be taken care of for my loss of value of the car. now its been almost 3 months and still nothing. I just want my money back since I know for a fact the insurance company will not pay out this claim and autoloss needs to stand behind their guarantee!Review fromKenneth M

5 stars******** was communicative throughout the entire process. I initially had a disagreement with Allstate about the valuation for my total loss. After speaking with ******** on the phone, they told me that the valuation I received was much lower than theirs. I paid the appraisal fee and they emailed me a report the next day of the updated appraisal. They handled all of the negotiation with my insurance company and in the end, I received over 20% more than what was offered to me by Allstate. I would recommend ******** to anyone having a valuation disagreement with their insurance company.Review fromSusan H

Initially, Autolossvwas on the ball and sent out communication to the insurance company. However, there was little to no assistance when the insurance company indicated there was no diminushed value. The reply I received most often was to read the instructions that were sent. Essentially, the service I purchased was for the initial communication. When I asked for 50% of my money back, I was told no. I was previously offered $100. In retrospect, I would not have contracted with ******** and would certainly not recommend them. I noted that ********' response in other complaints was that the client refused to follow the process. We only have so much control of "the process". For instance, ****** wanted replies in writing. The insurance company I was dealing with declined to put anything in writing. I read all about the concept of diminished value, but the insurance company had their process and it didn't matter what I said or asked for. And, ******** was no help.AutoLoss.com

5 stars******** made the process so easy. A state farm insured hit me and I was speechless. I did not know what to do. My attorney, gave me the number for ******** and said he had great luck with them. After getting a check for $7500 I believe. The report was taken at full amount and State Farm sent me a check for the full amount. *********************
