    ****** and her team are absolutely amazing at what they do. I was getting lowballed by my own insurance company. I called ****** at Autoloss and she was able to get me another 5100 over what the insurance was offering. Easy to deal with, her fee was very reasonable, and the process was very fast! Hopefully I am never in this situation again, but if I was, I would definitely call ****** again!

    My family and I got rear-ended by ********** insured in my brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. ********* told me to evaluate the Diminished Value of my vehicle I needed to hire an expert. I almost gave up because I did not know who to hire. I used AutoLosss DV calculator and received and email and phone call from ****** at AutoLoss. She walked me through the Diminished Value Claim process, and wrote my DV claim in less than 24 hours after I hired her. ******** also emails you insight on how to communicate with the insurance company and possible rebuttals and resolutions. Happy to say my Claim was resolved after ********* claimed they do not believe in Diminished Value! Thank you ********!

    The negative reviews are accurate. AutoLoss is very quick to get your credit card and provide you an initial, inflated demand letter but after that, its limited, sporadic support at best and once that inflated demand letter is disregarded by the insurance company, ******** will fight your refund ask and support stops. Giving them two stars for the initial contact and demand letter but dont hold your breath after that and be prepared to go to war for your refund. Ill be surprised if theyre in business much longer, especially after someone finally takes them to court for their refund refusals. Ill not go that far just yet but will be letting the Better Business Bureau and review readers know about my experience with AutoLoss.

    ****** ****** from ********* company is a specialist in diminished value payment calculation after a car accident because after an accident I had on November ******************************************************************************************************************************* my car. I had contacted ****** ****** for a second opinion in this matter she filed a diminished value claim for me as an independent appraiser and after negotiation with an independent appraiser employed by *******************, they were agreed to give me a diminished value payment of $ ***** for my car ,from zero-dollar I received $ ***** for the diminished value payment for my car I really appreciate. THANKS ****** ******!

    ****** with auto loss was great. She was very responsive and provided a detailed report in a timely manner. I settled with the insurance company for more money than estimated.

    I was very skeptical that any online ************************ would actually be able to help me recover a fair value for my total loss vehicle. But after speaking with ****** at ********* and researching the company as best I could I decided to roll the dice. I still wasn't 100% sure I wasn't just throwing good $ after bad but I needed to try something. Boy was I wrong!! ****** was true to her word that she would be able to help me secure significantly more for my vehicle than what was currently being offered by my insurance company. I ended up receiving $5,500 more in base value for my vehicle than what my insurance company was offering thanks to ****** and Auto Loss! The process was very simple and settlement was negotiated in a matter of 3 business days!!
