    Auto Loss was the first company to return a quote, and they were extremely responsive throughout the entirety of the process. I could not be happier with the support they provided and the results/payout of my DV claim. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a diminished value claim.

    ****** at ******** was amazing at helping me get more for my vehicle than the insurance company had originally offered. I had never dealt with this situation before, and didnt know the first thing about what I was doing. She was informative, knowledgeable. and very effective! I couldnt be more happy with the results!! She kept me informed every step of the way I would recommend her highly to anyone who has suffered a loss of a vehicle and believes they have diminished value. Contact ******!     .I was having a difficult time negotiating my diminished value claim myself ,even though I'm a 40 year licensed auto insurance professional, the most my insurance company would agree to was $700.00 for a 2 year old, low mileage Lexus that suffered $14000.00 in damage. After speaking with ******, she reviewed my claim and assured me we could do much better. She quickly negotiated a settlement of $5000.00 I cannot recommend this service enough.

    We are convinced that we could not have achieved the settlement offer we received from the insurance company without the ******** report and subsequent follow up letter response to the initial offer. The fee that they charged was well worth it. This is certainly a subject that few know anything about, we certainly did not. With ******* guidance we now know, we needed the help that ******** provided.

    I must say at first we were a little skeptical based on some of the reviews that we read...but after a honest conversation with ******...expressing our hesitation ... she assured us that she would fight for us and make sure we got everything that our food truck was insured for. And she did just that and more!! She kept us in the loop as she negotiated with the insurance company...and at the end of the day we got everything that our food truck was insured for which was $20,000 more that what the insurance company had originally offered us. ****** did exactly what we needed her to do...and everything that she said she would! Now we can get to building a new food truck. We wholeheartedly recommend ****** and her company Autolos
