    ****** is amazing. Quickly received comprehensive appraisal and suggested amount to request for diminished value loss. I sent that to insurance company and immediately received a reasonable offer from them. I accepted offer and check is in the mail!

    I paid this company $325 for their help in getting my deserved Diminished Value after my vehicle was rear ended. After all the paperwork they provided for me to send to the ***************** that insured the person who hit me, the company remained firm in saying there was NO diminished value to my vehicle. Everything provided to me from Autoloss was of no help whatsoever. Their "Money Back Guarantee" apparently has loop holes that allows them to keep your money because they show no interest in reimbursing me my money. After having to hire an attorney for this case, ******** wanted additional fees to testify in small claims court as an expert appraiser in my case. I refused to pay more after what I had already spent seemed wasted especially after the results of their help was of no use. My experience score is ZERO Stars but there's no way to leave zero stars, so I'm being forced to selected the lowest 1 star.

    I am very appreciative of all the hard work Autoloss has done on my behalf. The insurance company I dealt with excepted no other support than an outside appraisal and with Autoloss support I was able to receive a diminished value 200% higher. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending anyone I know to them.
