1 starOverall experience was not great at all. The project started without notification (on 9/2) and while we were on vacation. Once returning home and seeing what was started, we noticed the ceiling structure would not allow us to place a fan in the middle of our patio like it was designed. The electrician came out and kindly held off on installing our electrical work due to the layout not making sense. This is now October and the correction is taking place, but the material they used was incorrect and looked terrible. While the frustration set in, it did not help that the workers installing everything continued to smoke on our propriety after asking them to stop twice. After finally getting fed up with it, I spoke to someone within patio enclosure for the second time and told them I did not want the same contractors on my property again. That was handled after the second time. Now it's November and the ceiling needed taken down and replaced...as well as all their trash sitting around our deck for several weeks. I had to reach out to someone in patio enclosure every time the installers left in order to get any information on their return. Now it's December 14th and the project is finally done. There's still a section that still needs fixed, but I'm tired of contacting someone to correct things. This is the first work we've had done to the house and it was a bad experience overall. The electrician was very polite and professional while the installers were rude and unprofessional when speaking with my wife. I hope this review will help the business improve with their installment quality and professionalism when working at someone's house. 1 starPatio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements ScamDONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Earlier this year a young man by the name of ***** came to our home representing Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements. We sat down with him for a few hours going over very clear details about an addition on our house. ***** indicated that the job would start a few months after our initial meeting and would take about 1-2 weeks. That time came and went with a plethora of excuses about **************** not approving the addition supposedly. My husband went to the proper people for building permits to see if that was the case. Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements didnt even contact anyone regarding the permit until my husband put the fire under them. Fast forward right now Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was supposed to show up at a zoning board appeals meeting today (12/13/22) at 7:30 p.m. My husband showed up but Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements was a no show. Absolutely nonsense and unprofessional. We have called an abundance of times with numerous excuses from *****, *****, *****, and too many project managers. Is there anyone on here that can direct us to someone who can give us a lead way to get out of this contract where we have been paying monthly for something we dont have? This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PATIO ENCLOSURES/GREAT DAY IMPROVEMENTS where ********************* is the incompetent GM who never returns calls. Run, run, and run from your doors if they approach your house.THEY ARE SCAMMERS.Great Day Improvements, LLC

5 starsGreat customer service. Our service person, *******, was exceptional. He called ahead, accessed the problem with our slider, and repaired it. He had us check the work and made sure we were satisfied. He made sure the work area was clean before he left. Gave us easy maintenance suggestions for prolonging the life of the door. I should mention the door is 30 years old and this is the first problem we had with it.********Great Day Improvements, LLC

4 starsRecently we agreed to purchase a patio enclosure from Patio Enclosures of **********. The salesman did an excellent job in presenting the various options which convinced ** to use Patio Enclosures over other companies. Their measuring technician **** came out the other day to take more accurate measurements and had a serious question about the beam supporting the roof of the porch. He was concerned about the structural support for the roof beam. He recommended using support posts instead of just the framing of the enclosure. He was concerned that without the structural support posts the roof support beam could sag after a few years causing the sliding doors not to work properly. **** could have very easily just taken the measurements and left, but as a conscientious craftsman, he said he could not submit the design as suggested without support posts. Not only is **** a good representative for the company, but he is also a good ambassador for the quality of work of the company. He should be commended for his dedication to quality craftsmanship and his concern for the product delivered to the customer. I am extremely grateful that **** was the technician that came to my house. **************Great Day Improvements, LLC
