1 starNo follow thru from any personel. My project for the most part was done at the end of Sept. 2025 after being promised completion of July. Great day was trying to collect the last $6k, i was holding off to be sure the roof did not leak. My concern was due to them sealing the roof in the rain. But the office guaranteed me that if there was a problem, to call and they would send someone out. When I called for roof repair (go figure), the girl taking the call, twice was laughing about it. She is no longer with the *** I finally had someone out, told me they fixed it, applied more product to increase the seal. One week later, another call for roof repair. Now as of today, 5 calls with no response as to when it will be resolved. They want the original installer to fix it. I don't care, because right now i still have a $60K leak. The sales people don't return calls, when you do get hold of someone you are told the person is no longer with them. The person I have been trying to call, only has the calls going to voice message, she's probably no longer with them. I would seriously reconsider having them do any work, there is absolutely no follow thru, and no one takes ownership of the job. I am one seriously dissatisfied customer.Review fromKenneth V

1 starGreat day and their patio enclosures is a corrupt business. They do not stand behind their products warranty. Tried for over one year to get a repair for their stanek sliding glass door (lifetime warranty). They never answer the phone and never call back. ***** this business at all cost!Great Day Improvements, LLC

We regret that this situation has caused frustration. Our team spoke with you to explain the warranty coverage and the reason for the service call charge, which covers labor for service on a 2016 installation. The parts themselves are provided under warranty at no cost. A service appointment was scheduled for early December, and we attempted to clarify the payment process, but the conversation ended before resolution. Our Design Consultant *** for our specific location, has been a pleasure to work with in understanding the differentiation of their products and expertise in the patio enclosure industry. Always available & responsive to questions we've had to date. 5 starsMy project is only the deck and roof, I cannot attest to windows or doors quality or their opening and closing, but everything with the company has been great. they communicate well, and he guys who work for them really know their stuff. They removed the existing 100+ year old deck and roof and then rebuilt the deck larger and to code. They use steel posts driven into the ground 5 feet rather than a trenched foundation or footings. Im ok with this, as we can still put insulation on the deck if we decide to wall in the sides, and it would be a three season addition, not for the coldest weather. One guy installed their roofing materials and support columns. There was a hiccup because the engineers needed to adjust where the supports went due to the original foundation, but that did not set them back. We are waiting on the final inspection so I cannot say it is 100% finished. My advice? The company is not cheap, the metal they use appears strong, not flimsy, and the guys actually doing the work are very experienced. I did not want to do this myself, and getting decent contractors here is a crapshoot in my area. If you can pay the extra money, to me it appears that this company is worth it.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starWe signed a contract on 8.16.2025 and what we were promised first of all is not what our warranty states and they put us in a loan and we have nothing to show for it and they will not return our call. I have been trying to get ahold of them because we have a locan that shouldn't have started and now I'm stuck trying to get someone to call me back! We have been in communication with the family multiple times since they signed their contract. During the review process, it became clear that the project design would require several revisions in order to meet the communitys permitting requirements. ************* is known for a particularly lengthy and complex permitting process, often taking 1012 months due to multiple board reviews and design adjustments. Throughout this process, we provided guidance and updates to the homeowners regarding potential design changes, costs, and timeline implications. Despite our ongoing efforts and communication, they ultimately decided not to move forward with the project. An agreement was reached regarding the work and efforts completed up to that point, which the homeowners acknowledged and signed off on. At no point was any deposit withheld unfairly; the funds retained reflect the work performed and resources expended in good faith to meet permitting and design requirements. That is completely false and I have the phone and email records showing a complete lack of response for months. When they finally responded months later they apologized for the lack of communication. They were meticulous with their work, and cleaned up daily at the end of the work day. ****, the ******* on our job, and his crew of 3-4 guys on any given day showed their expertise.
