      Do Not Use Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements. We signed a contract for a simple sunroom in Jan 2026. We are now in September and the job is not finished. We are still missing a door, the handles and trim are falling off, and the customer service is atrocious. REMOVED(REMOVED) from the Pittsburgh office was rude, arrogant, and keep hiding behind the contract. We originally asked for a cat door, which was ignored by the salesman. The original contract was so wrong they wrote up another contract that they claimed was the most recent, but looking closer we noticed that they never even sent it over to be signed. They just used it without even telling us. They then attempted to install a door that didn't even fit in a thunderstorm, blaming us for sending the man away after we were afraid for the installer's life.When we complained to REMOVEDand said we were considering legal action, we were told to go ahead and she would no longer even talk to us if we took that route (which we now are). They even cancelled our so-called "final" installation date to punish us for basically complaining.This could all have been avoided with some decent compassion and customer service, but it's clear the staff do not care about you. $25,000 for an unfinished, broken sunroom that took 9 months to 90% install.

      We understand the frustration with the length of this project and the remaining items that need attention. Our team has reviewed those items with you and created a punch list to ensure each concern is addressed. Two service dates were offered, and September 18 was confirmed for an installer to return. Confirmation emails were also sent following our conversations. Moving forward, our Operations Manager will be your direct point of contact and has provided their cell phone number so there is a clear line of communication as we work through the remaining items and bring the project to completion.       Update as of EOD 9/18/26 - The promised installation date has come and gone, again. This time the installer said they couldn't leave their driveway due to construction. Only 1 of 2 remaining doors was delivered and not installed. Attempting to reach the Manager multiple ways resulted in no response. So here we are again, after being promised it would be done today, we are still living with an incomplete room. If customer service was any value to this company we would have heard from someone, but they obviously don't care.

      I cannot, in good faith, give Great Day Improvements 5 stars. It has officially been over 120 days since our patio enclosure was installed. We had it installed 04/20/2026. A window couldnt open (very large window) and was finally replaced 06/06/2026. That fact that a large window couldnt open, was a total waste. Well the handle was placed incorrectly, and the window couldnt close without hitting the screen latch. They said it would be fixed quickly. I called them 07/08/2026 for an update since it has been a month. I was called back and told that they put the handle incorrectly (AGAIN) in the same place. So they have to manufacture another one. I personally think they had zero intention on fixing this. It been over 120 days since it was initially installed.If looking to get an enclosed patio, look at another company, and not Patio enclosures specifically Great Day improvements! 3rd time was not a charm! Maybe if we didnt pay $48k, I wouldnt be so angry.

      I recently purchased a Patio Enclosure from the company last year and must say, the product itself is absolutely stunning. The company did an incredible job in crafting it. However, I have a complaint about their customer service. The sales person and the office staff seem indifferent to customer inquiries. If you call them to request a minor complaint about a repair, they become completely unresponsive. I find this unfair, especially since Ive placed several emails and phone calls to the customer service department and your sales representative. Its disappointing that there are no warranties or follow-up after such a long wait.

      This was the worst home improvement experience I've ever had in my life. After getting through 8 month of permit issue with my pool, they finally came out and did the job. I was excited until the inspector noted the door was the proper size. I spent the next 8 months trying to get them to come back out and fix it. This week they did, but they sent a single guy out to handle the install and the quality of work is what you would expect if you were putting it up yourself. Now I'm taking more pics to send to have it addressed. The wait begins again!?? I want to thank Chastity who has been the one positive throughout this effort. I also wanted to say, I had the previous owner install a similar set up at my previous home and it was excellent work. The current organization does not meet those same expectations
