      Dear ******************* and *********************, I ordered the installation of my patio enclosure in January 2023. The initial installation was incomplete and had many flaws. The second repair group came towards the end of February, where they realized they had to order doors because the doors were installed backward. I was out of the country Feb 28 thru Mar 25. I spoke with ********************* and set up an appointment to get the job completed. Another gentleman came out and shared that seals and handles had to be ordered. I spoke with **** complaining about this long relationship (3 visits ) with his company. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He assured me I would get a call on May 5, Friday with an update. I told him my next stop was BBB. Today is May 10 and I have made several attempts to call and no answer. I called the number on the site and it only has a group answering and they know nothing. I would like to have this finished with the proper parts and I would like for that to be done yesterday. I have been paying for this ********* project since January. I believe I have been more than patient. Please finish the job. If I had known this was going to be life-changing and cause me to cooperate with more than one installation date, I would have never invested. I am extremely disappointed. 5 months and still not complete.

      Do not get their services, Patio enclosures and Great Day Improvements LLC! Save yourself from the trouble of their poor customer service especially with ************************** at their office. She is arrogant and no customer relations skills at all! They did not finish my home improvement project on time. They installed the wrong cord color for my blinds! There were long days of interruptions between their visits to finish our home improvement!

      I am a subcontractor working for a great day LLC in Birmingham Alabama. I recently just started in my first two jobs that I had took weeks for to get paid and I still haven't I keep getting excuses on why I'm not getting paid. The property manager that we were getting our work through lack severe communication skills I tried multiple times to communicate with them about what needed to be done when and how they did not answer for several days in a row and then weeks after I was ready to get paid they started making an excuses I'm going to small claims court to file a civil suit today

We informed you that you needed additional training and we would be unable to schedule you until you received the training, which you declined.       I completely made a huge mistake and was referring to a completely different company. Great Day has done nothing but been extremely professional and I was definitely paid. I will fix this asap.******* has been a very good and professional manager as well as everyone I met through your company. I whole hearted apologize and again I will send whoever what I need to to make sure that this was a mistake on my part and confused with a separate company.

      Great people. Quality of materials is top notch. I took either bids and no company had the quality of materials that Great Day had. Above all the installation work was at the highest level. I am a stickler for good work. This man that did my install was a true professional and my sun room was everything I expected and more.

      We went with this company because they area national brand and said they would be able to get the build done in a timely manner. I found out they where lying to me about the permits after 9 months when I went to the county building myself and found out they had not even started the permit process. Then I had to track down why they didn't have the right paper work. I found out the reason, their management skills are terrible. I was able to tell them what they needed to do after another 3 months of checking and learning the permit process the build started. I do believe this company is not honest about the amount of money supplies cost. They also used poor quality materials in the addition. Stay clear of them!!! In Northern VA they do work under Patio Enclosures and STanek windows. They are not worth the head ache they will give you.

An employee, who no longer works for the company, provided us with bad information regarding the permit for your project. We have to disagree with the quality of materials, all of our metal is extruded/painted in the USA. Again, we apologize that you did not have a completely positive experience with our company.       My husband and I sought to enclose our patio and make a four-season room. He met with 10 different companies with the clear goal of a FOUR season room, including the ability to insulate the ceiling, install a heated floor, and use during the winter. ****** came to our home and showed us a product that was insulated with the windows coming all together as one unit. We paid to upgrade to low-e argon windows for better insulation. We were surprised when the installation involved individual windows (not the unit described to us) and gaps at the frame that allow for airflow. We reached out to the company and were told that we were sold un-insulated frames, despite specifically asking for them, and it would be $15k to upgrade. Why would we have paid for the upgraded windows without the insulated frames? We now have a three-season room with very expensive windows. The company has not responded to our multiple requests to discuss a way to rectify this situation. We are extremely frustrated and would strongly encourage others to avoid working with them.
