1 starLove the room, but service is horrible! Our roof is leaking in multiple places and a window seal has failed. I reached out starting in June 2025. Finally after leaving several messages at different numbers, I received a text on 1 August stating that they were 6 plus weeks out and we were placed on the schedule. We are currently at 12 weeks and I am back where I started. No replies from text or phone messages. Do not recommend! I am only giving them 1 star because it wont allow me to give them ZERO which is what this company deserves!Review fromNitza M.

1 starAfter requesting more than half of the Job installation money as deposit, took them more than three months to complete the job. After many complaints about the poor quality of the job, they finally sent someone to finish it. Our complaints were ignored for months. They never addressed them. I thought they were sending a supervisor to inspect the poor job done but it never happened. I kept ignoring their bill and even called the office again. Left messages and sent emails. Of course they waited a whole year to take action knowing they were wrong. I am very disappointed with this company.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! A family member of mine bought windows and had them installed! They are horrible and they done a lot of damage to her trim around the windows with alot more damage! I do not recommend! She has contacted them and they do not wish to fix their mess up! She needs her money back! I have hundreds of pics but obviously you cant post pics with your review!!!Great Day Improvements, LLC

We understand your frustration with how long this has taken. Your installation was completed last month as outlined in your contract. When you requested the * wall be updated to match the A wall, we agreed on the upgrade and the associated cost, which required ordering new material. All current units are installed, fully functioning, and looking good. The remaining materials are expected at the end of the month, and well work with you directly to schedule the final installation as soon as they arrive. 1 starI made a huge mistake using this company. It's been over a year. I paid for 15 windows and am still waiting for 2 sashes for one of the windows, promised me by **** ******. ******* ******* is supposed to be area supervisor. NEVER returned my calls or emails. ONLY time I got her to respond is when I stopped payments; then I got excuses about her medical ************* crew would come late and leave early because one of the guys had to take his child back and forth to school, so 3-4 work days. 3 day job took 3 weeks. Last time here, installer had his girlfriend waiting in the car for him for several hours. I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.Great Day Improvements, LLC

NOBODY has called me from your company since the last time I spoke to **** ******, sometime around January.I constantly carry my cell, even at work because I often have to use. Also, if someone from your company called me, why hasn't that person left a message with a phone number to call back? 1 starI have contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements) 5 times, 3 phone calls and twice by using their website service form. No response from 2 of those and the 3 times they did respond, they told me someone would be contacting me in 1-2 business days. I was never contacted. I have a 22 year old 3 season wall installed by Patio Enclosures, the sliding patio door no longer opens easily and I was asking them if they could fix the door. the 3rd time I called, I even told them they could answer me with a simple yes or no. I never heard back, not a word. Terrible PR, terrible customer service!The wall installed by the original owners of Patio Enclosures has served me well for 22 years, quality built, still looks good. Unfortunately, Patio Enclosures is now owned by someone else and I think they are using Patio Enclosures past good reputation to sell their product. Great Day Improvements called me after they received my complaint from the BBB, I believe that is the only reason they decided to finally call. My 5 communications to them were over a 2 1/2 month time period. I turned down their offer of having them send someone out to "look" at my situation because, as I mentioned to them, I had already signed a contract for another company to come out to fix my door, and paid a $100 down payment. Great Day Improvements never did tell me if they could fix my door, they just offered to have someone come out and take a "look"at it. I already had told them in my communications with them that the sliding door needed new rollers, what is there to look at? The company I hired did a great job, my door works like new again. 5 starsThis summer I gave myself the most amazing gift ever! I turned my screened-in porch into a sun room by Patio Enclosures. Best decision I could have have made.I went to a trade show at the coliseum and spoke to 3 different companies. When I met ******** ******** from Patio Enclosures, I walked away very excited. However, I wanted to do my due-diligence so I spoke with 2 other companies who were also there that day. I made appointments with all 3.******** came out to my house first and showed me his product. He set the standard, and neither of the other competent companies came even close to the quality of *************************** forward to today and I have to repeat, I truly have given myself the most amazing gift. I have used my sunroom throughout the entire summer. I have totaled more hours of enjoyment in the sunroom this summer than in the last 4 years combined. The quality of materials, including my double-sliding doors and 4 double-sliding windows is more than I have seen in many other sunrooms. They slide easily with little to no effort. The screens behind the windows slide just as easily. The installers were also amazing. They were efficient, getting my sunroom up in the timeline quoted to me. They cleaned up after each day, to the point my neighbor didnt even notice until the sunroom was complete. They returned my furniture into the sunroom without me asking or even my knowledge.After the completion, ******** called to make sure everything was done according to our agreement. He even came out to the house again 2 months later to check to make sure I was still happy. His customer service could not have been any better. He even sent me a package of cookies-straight from ******! I happily enjoyed them while relaxing in my new sunroom!Thank you, Patio Enclosure!
