5 starsPatio Enclosures did an excellent job with our screened-in porch. They were prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They job was done right, the first time, and the company was great with communication both before and after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done. I have thought about a sun room attached to the front of the house and would definitely call them first.Great Day Improvements, LLC

5 starsWe have a small porch and was not sure a big company like this would want to deal with a small job. Well Mr *** came out, explained everything to us, made a design in the same moment and price and all in one visit. In about 4 week from our visit my patio is done, it is all we were promised and more we love it! Customer service is one of the best I have experienced lately. Installing crew, fast, efficient and left it all cleaned ??????Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starI bought a home in April of 2021 and in May 2021 signed a contract to have my patio enclosed with the screen and glass sliding windows and doors. I have had 2 years of nothing but problems since then. The 1st time they came out to install everything was not to correct size. The installers went and purchased lumber to make my patio fit their parts. WRONG! That is not what I ordered plus the doors and windows opened on the side and were not the size ordered. Basically the last 2 years there have been numerous trips out to my home to replace pieces little by little to try and get it correct. PATCH JOB! A few months ago I was told that corporate had agreed to totally replace the entire project to get it right. REJOICE! Unfortunately this was verbal and the person that relayed this message developed some medical issues and was out from work for awhile. During this time I contacted corporate MANY times stating the situation and never could get a return call from either one of the 2 men that had supposedly approved the rebuild. Also could not get anyone in the local office to contact me. All I wanted was a confirmation and something in writing. Needless to say when my contact here returned to work everything went downhill again! I was promptly informed that I was never told the patio would be replaced and I was mistaken. Come on now! I am not deaf but I sure wish I had recorded our conversations. Any way I have to have this paid off within 9 days to avoid paying interest and I have a patio enclosure that I am not really too sure about. So many pieces have been removed and replaced and I just feel like the structure is not what it should be if it had been done correctly from the beginning. This cost a lot of $$$$ and put me through 2 years of misery. NEVER AGAIN! This company does have good products it is just being able to get it right. Do yourself a favor and if using this company make sure that any important conversations are recorded. CYA!Great Day Improvements, LLC

5 starsWe had amazing service from when we talked to them at the home and garden show to when they had completed the job. Every one was professional and up front about how the process was working out. Our screens came in with regular screens not the pet screens we ordered. The installers pointed it out, told us that the correct screens were ordered and came back to replace them. The installers were professional and made sure all pieces of scrap and nails were cleaned up at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this company!Great Day Improvements, LLC

5 starsMy 3 person team followed this project from inception to completion. I never felt any pressure. They told me what to expect, when to expect it, and how long each step would take.
I do not know if the word professional would cover my thought. EVERYONE I dealt with down to the installation team were patient with my many questions, clarifying if I did not understand, asking if I had concerns, and wanting to make sure I was happy...and am I. It is even nicer than I expected.
I cannot speak about other groups or teams, but this group ran a first class operation...all the way. I don't suffer fools lightly and do not give out praise unless I feel it is truly warranted. I stand by what I say. My recommendation is my name. When I was elected to village council, the voters knew what I believed in.
Having stated that, I would recommend this team to friends and relatives. That is how happy I am with the final product and the people who made it come to fruition.Great Day Improvements, LLC

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Re: ********* Patio Builders aka Great Day Improvements in *******, *****. It has been over one month and we have paid almost $20,000 and still do not have a date for installation of porch enclosure to begin. Additionally, my husband and I were told by *********************** that an existing gas line on our porch would need to be moved as building code would not allow a gas line to be enclosed on porch. That being said, both my husband and I were assured by ************** that the total quoted price included ALL permits, building and gas line relocation. Now, five weeks later, we are being told by ************** that her quoted price does not include the gas line relocation. Now we are in the process of hiring an attorney to cancel our contract.
