      Patio Enclosures I must say **** is an outstanding representative of Patio Enclosures. He presented all the pictures, and drawings and even showed us what the enclosure would look like, but the real selling point was his knowledge of the materials and how Patio Enclosures uses them. I was impressed with the fact that Patio Enclosures makes everything on their Ohio facilities. So any issues with anything you have just one phoneL number to call and the issue will be addressed quickly without the normal runaround that other companies employ. **** was very courteous and very knowledgeable about their products, their fabrication teams, and supervisors that will install the components of your enclosure. The cost for our install was worth every penny as the quality of the materials was so impressive. I believe you get what you pay for and I am certain our enclosure will be top notch. I strongly recommend Patio Enclosures and especially **** for your next renovation. You won’t be sorry. ***** ****

      Excellent experience from start to finish. I had my deck upgraded to a sunroom / screened porch. What felt like a little bit of a splurge now feels like a great investment. ************** and ***** were very concerned to get every detail of the project right, and it shows.       From start to finish, I had a great experience with Patio Enclosures. *********** was knowledgeable and didnt try to pressure us into making a quick decision. My wife and I were impressed with that. The cost was in line with what we thought it would be, so our decision was easy. We were updated timely throughout the entire process by *****, the Office Administrator. On install day, the installers were on time and ready to work. We were very pleased with the outcome. The room looks amazing and weve gotten tons of great compliments. We are very satisfied.

      We had a very pleasant experience working with Patio Enclosures in Charlotte, NC beginning with the initial consult in March 2023 with *********************. The measurements were taken to enclose a back porch into a three season sunroom with sliding windows and a sliding door. We also enclosed the underneath side of the porch. *********************, Operations Administrator, was wonderful to work with, as well as *******, a part of the construction team. Other construction team members who completed the actual installation were The Bearded Brothers, with ***** as the construction leader. The project was completed ahead of schedule in May 2023. The entire project was completed with professionals who worked to ensure a great job was done for the customer. *************************, *********, **

      Exceptional work, quality, and communication. I absolutely love my sunroom. I purchased my home and knew immediately that I wanted to enclose my porch. I contacted patio enclosures and within a week I had renderings of my new space. I received weekly communications while my custom pieces were manufactured. On the day of installation everything went perfect. My new room was complete in just about half a day. I sit out there now enjoying the weather and my cats adore their new Catio. I highly recommend.

      We love our enclosure! Great service from the salesman to installer. A very sturdy room that we use every day. The quality of the product is the best we’ve seen.I would recommend the Delaware Ohio office to anyone considering an 3-4 season room.

      ****** did an awesome job with product knowledge. She definitely knows how to explain her product and has excellent interpersonal skills. We were not expecting this dynamic presentation from such a young lady. She does not pressure her customers in making a decision. She goes above and beyond to answer ALL questions.!
