  ***** ***** (Design Consultant) is a gem. After experiencing his thorough , informative presentation, we signed a contract for a 3 season sunroom to be installed. His patience, attention to detail, professionalism, & amicable personality was most appreciated. Hopefully Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements appreciates ***** as much as we do.
  He is truly an asset to their company.
  As a result of his efforts & follow up- we have been thoroughly enjoying our new room addition.
  ***** has proven to be a rarity in his field.

  We consulted Patio Enclosures as we considered the addition of an enclosed porch to our residence. Our initial encounter in July 2020 did not result in an executed agreement, and so this May 2023, we renewed contact.On this occasion, a representative of the company named ******* was our contact person, and what a splendid representative of his employer he is. He was expertly informed on the operations of the company, and he answered every question we had for him. In the end, because we decided to proceed in a direction other than that in which Patio Enclosures works, we did not retain its services but, in truth, principally because of ********* abilities as a representative of his employer, we came close to amending our building plans to fit the offerings of Patio Enclosures.He is that good and, if the occasion arises in the future, we would be delighted to contract for the services of his employer.

  Patio Enclosures in Charlotte NC did an outstanding job on our patio enclosure. From measurement to final assembly they were beyond our expectations. It’s the best upgrade to our home we have ever done. It was not inexpensive but worth every cent.

  Great communications throughout the process, from initial visit to installation. Our installer, ****, was extremely polite and was very detail oriented throughout the process. While it has only been a day since completion, we are very pleased thus far. We hope the new investment will prove to be all it was done for....making our 3 season room a 4 season room

  ******************************* was simply the epitome of professionalism, coupled with a vast knowledge of the Patio enclosure profession. He was very detailed and thorough in explaining the entire Patio enclosure process from start to finish. He clearly and concisely answered every question we had at a level to where if you had no idea what you wanted youd definitely make a decision after his presentation and recommendation. The installer ******* did an exceptional job as well. He knew exactly what had to be done and did it with precision. He also was the consummate professional throughout the process.

  We recently had Patio Enclosures install custom made All View Elite Sunroom to our new house in Huntersville, N.C. Safety tempered edge to edge insulated, high performance Comfort-Guard PLUS Low-E/Argon glass. All work was professionally completed and on the scheduled time frame. ***** *****, Operations Administrator, constantly kept us informed and updated on the progress of the sunroom installation. ***** made sure that everything was done to the contract standards. We give credit to ***** tformaking this expensive addition to our new home worth the money. We are extremely pleased with our new sunroom. Thank You ***** ***** and **** ****
