      Recently had a patio enclosure installed by Great Day and am very satisfied with the final product. The contractor (Empire Remodeling) did an excellent job in managing the installation even through a couple of challenges. The installation instructions as defined by Great Day did not include cutting pavers and filling the void with cement which caused a stop in work. A follow up call with the Great Day Sales Rep ****** determined that installing the frame directly to the existing pavers would be more than sufficient to prevent any future issues. Empire came back the same day to progress the install. On the final day of installation, Empire discovered that one of the sliding doors was opening on the wrong side and would case a reorder of the entire frame but the Empire installer was able to remedy the issue immediately. I would recommend that Great Day conduct a quality review of the installation instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness. All in all a great product and experience especially in working with Empire.

      It was a 5 star experience from the sales stage with ***********************! ***** was super friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and responsive even after the sale and the install was complete. Nothing stopped installer *** from doing his job. He was out installing during the coldest days of the year with blowing snow! The Operations Administrator ************************************* customer service and communication was 5 star as well. Always keeping us informed during the whole process. She responds quickly to any questions. The 3 season room is top notch quality and is our favorite room in the house! Actually sitting in it now typing this. I think the doggos like it even more though.I should mention we are in the St. Louis area.

      I am so pleased with my experience with patio enclosures and great day improvements. From meeting **** on site and then in the office, talking to **** on the phone to finalize some details, working with ******* on the phone about logistical type of items, squeezing me in when they had some available time for the decking, going out of their way to get the proper color and materials for my decking, and concluding with **** checking in and arriving on site during construction and reconfirming details with me, and lastly, ****** and ****** doing the build, and ******* following up. ****, ******* , and ****** have gone out of their way to make this an over-the-top experience! I always knew that Patio Enclosure s was a solid company, but it was so personal and I am so happy with the results. The process has been so smooth and so positive and I will recommend them moving forward, and may even use them for another project in the future! It was a little over budget, but with the guarantee that this reputable company offers, it was absolutely worth it!

      I have had my Patio Enclosure for 2 years now and I am super happy with it and with the customer service they have. I had a screen room which they dismantled and, in a day, and a half the new "sunroom" was done. All debris was taken away, cleanup was impeccable, and the crew was very polite and attentive to detail. I obtained 3 estimates, and they had the best price, and the salesman was not pushy. I did make a service call for 1 small correction, about a month later, and they came within a week and fixed the area with no questions. I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who is looking to enjoy this room for extra months of the year "with a view". With a small electric heater, it can be used year-round.

      Our 3-season sunroom was installed by Patio Enclosures last year. It has brought us so much enjoyment and also increased our living space. It is a great investment of money that my husband and I strongly encourage. You won't ever be sorry you made the decision to move forward.
