      We have hired various businesses over the years, and this one is by far the best one we have ever used. From the very beginning they were prompt in coming to speak with us, informative about how each phase would work along the way, returned phone calls promptly, and even completed the project ahead of schedule. In addition the technician who handled our installation was the best we've ever worked with. ***** was meticulous in his work, made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, and was just an all around nice man. I can not say enough good things about him or our experience with the Patio Enclosures company. We are thrilled with our new space.

      My experience with Great Day Improvements has been a total nightmare!!! I was subjected to a con artist crooked sales person who wasted a whole evening and several days after of my time. The salesman gave me one job quote on the first night then came back 4 days later and remeasured my room and said due to a heavy work schedule and being so busy he made a measurement mistake and adjusted my job quote by nearly $5,000.00 dollars!!!l I hope someone can look into this company's business practices. I asked to speak to anyone in their corporate offices for an explanation and have gotten no response what so ever. When dealing with this company be very careful of the price gouging and price finagling!!! I found this company business practices totally unprofessional.

      Would not recommend this company. Terrible communication - it took 11 months to complete a 200 square foot room. The result was not worth the money it cost.

      ***BUYERS BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!***Please read this if you are planning to have your patio enclosed with Great Day Patio Enclosures (******, **), it might save you the heartache and headache that I went through. My husband and I saved up money for YEARS to get out Patio enclosed. When we met ***************, he was charming and talked us into getting the patio enclosed with their company by showing us what it would look like with their visualizer tool, and even promised us a vacation travel voucher Promotion they were having at that time. Their quote was pretty expensive compared to others but since there would be a travel voucher included, we decided to go for it. During the process of the build, there were miscommunications, misunderstandings and expectations, which led to my patio enclosure to look differently than what I had expected. I did not expect the structural beam to be 10 inches thick. As a customer, once you see the visualizer, that will be your expectation. If the design will look much different due to the size or length or whatever reason, the design team should either correct the visualizer or bring the actual material size for the customer to see and understand so that the expectation will not be off. They should be extremely clear during the measurements, because it is right before the build and can prevent any misunderstanding. I cant say that I am happy with the look, I spoke with **** which started out awful screaming match but in the end he did give me a $500 gift card as an apology. I cried after this phone call, it was so awful.As of today, I still have not received the travel vouchers as promised. I have reached out to **** but he stopped responding to me. Ive email ****** the regional manager and he has not responded either. Ive become the beggar instead of a customer, that should tell you something. The company is so unprofessional! Save your hard earn money and go with another company.
