      I was super excited to work with patio enclosures, however after they added $8k to original bid for my project, I decided to cancel my project. I am still waiting on my $11k initial deposit. Now no one in the office is responding to refund request. I have completed all needed forms and still waiting on getting my money. This is poor customer service and would not recommend this company at all, since they all care about is sales - which they cant even get that right.

      Choosing Great Day Improvements to install a glass enclosure around my patio was a great choice! **************** and sales were fantastic. The installation was quick and easy. The crew that did the installation was professional, courteous and experienced. Each member performed his tasks efficiently with no idle time. ***** and the rest of the crew aimed to please and succeeded. When they were finished there was nothing left behind but a beautiful patio.

      5 Stars***** I am super happy that I engaged this company for my patio enclosures. Even though my HOA took way longer to approve my project, the awesome ********************* was a great customer advocate in following up with my HOA and keeping me updated on every step of the project's progress. I strongly recommend their services, and thanks again, Faith, for your consistent follow-ups!!The installation crew was excellent as well, and the final installation quality of finish, blending with my existing patio structure and color, looks great. Nice work!!!, ***************** Now I can enjoy my new enclosure independent of the weather.

      We are in the ************ area.We didn't rate a 5, because no organization is perfect (I would have given a 4.5). However, we were pleased overall. Except for a minor permit glitch all progressed as planned.We want to give a "shout out" to the installation crew, particularly ********************* and *************************. They explained what they we going to accomplish each day and finished in 3 days as promised. The quality of the workmanship was very good, and they cleaned up after themselves! We would recommend doing business with the company.

      Were very happy with our patio enclosure. The installation was completed the same day and it was color matched to our existing trim color and the quality is great and it looks great as well. The Spring has just started and I havent had a chance to evaluate our patio enclosure during the summer or winter although its for year around use, were looking forward to enjoying our outdoors a whole lot more.       ***** came to our home to discuss enclosing our back porch and also to discuss a possible deck installation. He was professional throughout the process, answering all our questions and concerns. He showed us many samples and also presented us with his own ideas. Highly recommend.

      We have a covered patio and decided to enclose it in with windows and sliding glass doors! We found Great Day Improvements / Patio Enclosures on the internet and researched them! Found no bad reviews and had them come out for a free estimate! When they came out with an estimate far below what i was expecting, we decided to hire this company! They showed up when promised, did the work the way it was explained to us, and finished when promised! They also cleaned up after it was all done and made sure all nails and screws were picked up as well! Upon completion, they made sure we were happy and wanted to know if we had any questions or concerns! The whole crew, from the person who came out to give the estimate to the install personnel, were very professional!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an enclosed patio!!!
