      Thanks Patio Enclosure for your professional team who came out to design and install the closure to my extisting patio. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. My project was finished on Friday(11/4/22). The process took approx. 1 month, but the installment only took a few days. So far, I am thrilled and 100% satisfied! I contemplated for years whether or not to do this, and now I so glad I did! I love it, and can't wait to spend time with my family and friends in my beautiful new space. The reason I decided to go with Patio Enclosure was my sales consultant and designer, **************** His kind disposition, professionalism, and presentation blew me away!! When I met *** I knew Patio Enclosure was the company for me to hire for my project. Before my project was to start, ****** was relocated out of town. But, he travel back to *********** to get my project started. That meant so much to me, and I truly appreciated it! Thank you ******!! A few weeks later, I was assigned to ************, who stepped in with no time lost. He and his crew came out once more to make sure all the measurements were correct, and if there were any other charges I wanted to make. That was truly impressive.Last but not least, **************** was my installation technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciated how he would clean his worksite before he finished for the day, informed me when he was leaving, and when I could expect him the next morning. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns, and that made me feel that he truly cared how thigs were going. I will highly recommend ****** to my family and friends. He paid close attention to details, and took pride in his work. Thank you ****** and Patio Enclosure for my beautiful patio, and a job well done!!

      replace our patio windows (single pane; patio enclosure done 30 years ago!) with new insulated windows. the whole process took about 5 weeks and the finished installation in one day! they did a great job!

      Adding a sunroom many years ago was one of the best improvements we ever made to our home. We chose Patio Enclosures after seeing their display at a Home Show and have been very happy with their quality products and excellent customer service. After 25 years, We recently needed service to the skylights. Both the customer service representative (*******) and the serviceman (*****) were friendly and courteous and the service was completed timely and efficiently. We will continue to recommend Patio Enclosures to friends and ******************

      The sunroom is nice but the communication why things were done certain ways was not very good. Our old sunroom came up to the back door of our house so we could walk right into the sunroom. After the floor (deck) was built, I noticed it was about a foot lower than our door to go to the sunroom. I called to inquire about this and was told it had to be built like that because of the pitch of the roof and they can only build so high or something to that effect. I was told they could build a box step for me. My question then and still to this day is, if they couldn't build up to my back door, why wasn't a step included in the planning and explained from the start. I understand it's hard to get people to work these days but each time one crew would come and do their part and leave, I wouldn't hear anything until I called to see what was next. I would get the, you were on my list of people to call today, response. The caulking/sealing job has globs and doesn't look like anything a professional would do. It looks like I did the caulking and I'm not handy at all. I was never told they didn't do flooring either and when I inquired about that after the sunroom was almost completely finished, I found out I had to have the flooring done myself. I'm glad I did have the flooring done on my own because the guy that did my flooring found that one of the posts that's anchored into the concrete isn't even completely on the concrete. The guy that came to look at and fix some of the issues I had didn't act like that was a very big deal. I would love for someone from the corporate office to come out so I could show them everything I had concerns with. I have had a lot of renovations done to my house in the last 2 years and this was the most expensive one and by far the only one I've had issues with. I've got more things but don't have enough characters left to type it all. The sunroom is nice but I expected better communication and craftsmanship.

      Out new sunroom was just completed, and we could not be happier! Just in time to enjoy the fall colors in our backyard and neighbors! Our design consultant **** was excellent, all the guys from Great Day who worked on the project were nice, and **** and his crew who did the construction were excellent. There was not a question they could not answer, on the spot and, they kept us informed of each step along the way. Very satisified!
