1 starHorrible experience. License expired and took months to resolve. Would schedule appointments and no sho no call. Destroyed my gutters and now I have huge puddles every time it rains. Screen has a hole. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.Great Day Improvements, LLC

Our team is very disappointed that you feel this way. We sincerely apologize for the delays while we were awaiting our license renewal. Our records indicate you were contacted regularly about the situation and our Regional Ops Manager personally texted you to keep you up to date. We re-routed your downspouts from the upper roof to drain properly after the sunroom was installed. We do not have any records of damage to the gutters or your screen. All communication with this company was initiated by me no one from the company was ever proactive in keeping me apprised of the delays. Talk to your installer about the damage to the screens. You have no QA of the work or you would know about the damage and the puddles that the work has created. I would not recommend anyone to use your services.Review fromR. T.

1 starThe worst company we have ever had the displeasure of working with. We were going to enclose an existing screen porch and turn it into a 3 seasons room. GDI, stated that because the existing structure was there and all they had to do was install windows, this was right in their wheelhouse. When we questioned their quoted 4-6 weeks to get the work complete, they told us that since they manufactured their own glass, they have no supply chain issues. It is now 5 MONTHS later and the work is just now complete. There were no weather delays, or supply chain issues, they were completely incompetent, from Sales, Operations, Planning, all the way through the process. We would take off work, to be here for them, and the workers wouldn't show up. When we called their offices, they wouldn't answer the phones, return voicemails or reply to emails. The head of Sales was supposed to be here at 1 p.m. today, to "make things right" and he didn't even bother to show up; no call, no text, nothing. I would encourage the BBB to look at the ****** company website, to see what employees are saying about the working conditions at GDI and look at the ****** reviews (1.7 / 5.0), to see what a horrifically run company this truly is. Unfortunately, the *********-based Patio Enclosures is part of this corporation. We want to do all we can to warn consumers about contracting with this company. No one should have to experience the unbelievable pain and frustration of dealing with a company that has no concept of customer service.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We have had staffing shortages in the office and this is no excuse, but we have seen some delays and miscommunications due to this issue. The Regional Manager, ****, will be reaching out to you. Yes, the work on the sunroom is complete, but we are not and never have been satisfied. We contacted your **************************** to let them know how dissatisfied we are. We filled out a ****** review of your company to tell you how dissatisfied we are. We filled out a customer survey and told you how dissatisfied we are. We tried reaching out to your executive team, but no one returned our call. I am at a loss as to why you would ignore all of the above data / information and believe an Operations Manager who says we are satisfied. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but the executives at GDI really need to get out to the field, to understand what is going on. It is apparent, from your response, that you are not receiving accurate information from the businesses. Not surprisingly, we have not heard from the Operations Manager, as specified above and I sincerely doubt that we ever will.Review fromBeth C

5 starsI had a 2 part project done, replacing a large deck, and converting an attached old screened in room into a glassed 3 season room. ***** and his son (sorry, forgot his name), were extremely pleasant and professional, and did excellent work with meticulous attention to detail. They went above and beyond, even cleaning up after the crew who did the deck work. Definitely recommend!Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starThis company is a fraud! Empty promises and no delivery. They hide behind a contracts full of arbitration clauses that strip you as a consumer from any kind of ability to get what you think you paid for. The sales reps will make empty promises and the delivery/timelines/what you actually receive is absolutely fraud. The materials they advertise to you and the promises they make are empty. Do yourself a favor go with a better company. Also dont do any business with Patio Enclosures, GDI hides behind that name and absolutely scams folks with a product they dont stand behind. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunications that *** have occurred. We understand that some poor communication with your Design Consultant (who is no longer with the company) resulted in you not fully understanding the function and capabilities of a 3- seasons vs. a 4-seasons room. In warmer climates it is possible to use a 3- seasons room year-round but in ******* that is not always possible. We are aware of your complaints of excessive condensation and have determined the gas fireplace is causing the issue. Humidity levels need to be kept to a minimum in a 3 seasons room during the colder months. We fully stand behind all our products and their performance when they are used appropriately.
