  I have spent over $70,000 and they sill haven't finished. We started the process and signed the contracts in April/ May, 2022. They started our deck/ 3 season room, in September, 2022. It's now March, 2023. Recently, they sent me a letter, threatening collection of the final 10%! And they haven't even finished the project. This letter came a month after they asked if they could do a final inspection? I told them then, that the job wasn't finished and I'd like to hear from someone. When I called them about the collection letter, she said someone would call me back. That was over a month ago. Nothing. The job was doomed from the beginning as the guy that came out to do the "measure up" for the job, didn't know what he was doing. That led to the first blueprints being wrong, across the board. I told them right away, the numbers are wrong. The salesman suggested that the lead guy join him at my house to iron out the job details. No contact. 3 wks later, they ordered material and permits, based on incorrect drawings. They collected two payments, by this time. Months have gone by, at this time, and they want to come over and dig holes for the concrete footings. And I still hadn't seen a corrected drawing.The lead guy, *******, first saw my house, the day after materials were dropped off, In late September. That's the only time I talked to the LEAD GUY in person. He's been here one time, since, and I wasn't home. I texted his phone and he doesn't answer. Still waiting to hear from someone. Corporate (****) hung up on me. Billing is in *********. They don't call back, they only call when they want money. Cannot recommend this company. Terrible customer service. They don't care. No updates, no contact.... they don't even return calls. Again, I'm in for $70,000 and I can't use the room.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. (OUT OF 19.2k WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!) I signed a contract with Great Day for a 65K sunroom to be put on an existing deck. After a few months waiting and Great Day getting a 19.2k downpayment from me I was informed by Great Day that they could not get approval to do the work AGREED UPON in the contract. By my calculus if a party can’t hold up their end of an agreement there is no AGREEMENT. I wanted the contract done as agreed or the deal terminated. Great Day agreed to terminate the deal (which they could not fulfill- so the deal was already terminated!!!) but they would keep the 19.2k down payment. The sales person wrote some garbage argument about not knowing whether or not they could do the job as planned but they could find out if I wanted them to- UTTER NONSENSE. Why would I have to asked them if I wanted them to see if they could do the job agreed upon. Why would they not know to do that. So the Great Day is taking the stance that I broke the contract and keeping the 19.2k without having done any work onsite. I would not trust Great Day (more like Bad Day NoN- Improvements).

  Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. Once we applied for your permit the municipality informed us there were encroachment issue with ************ location. We could still build your room but we would need to revise the lay out. You informed us you did not want to proceed and wanted to cancel. Per your signed contract you have 3 days to cancel in order to have your deposit refunded. This was well after the 3 day time period. We are complying with the terms of our contractual agreement.-The Great Day Improvements Team

  Horrible. You could not do the work agreed upon. You therefore could not complete the contract agreed upon. Its quite simple. Yet you imply I am at fault. You have the nerve to speak of a 3 day cancellation period when it took probably three months for you to inform me that YOU could not perform the work. PITIFUL. I AM SORRY FOR YOU. You are PITIFUL.

  We sincerely apologize for your experience not being what we would hope for. Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages. This is no excuse, but we have seen some delays and miscommunications due to this issue. Your final inspection is set for Friday and once that is complete they will be back in the next week to install your Amana unit and you project will be complete.   Choosing to use Patio Enclosures to complete my patio was one of my better decisions. ****, the salesperson, ***********************, Customer Advocate and **** the Installer were all professional and down to earth people. Each one of them provided excellent service to me. I am extremely pleased with my enclosed patio. It's worth the money that I paid to have it done. *** completed my sunroom within 2 days after the materials arrived. I was floored to see such an beautiful enclosure completed in that time window. Once he finished the enclosure, he explained how to work the opening and locking of the windows and doors. I was not in the dark about about the process at any time. They explained how things would work involving finances, materials and installation. When I had a question, ***** got me the answer quickly. Their communication to me, at all times was excellent and I never felt like I was being cheated or swindled. I thank God for this company and the good work that they did for me. I am a retired veteran and I'm very pleased with the service, from start to finish, that patio enclosures provided. Kudos to ****, ***** and **** Keep up the good work!

  This was a very well done project, using high-quality materials and it has worked out very well for us and visitors (in addition, the two cats and one dog absolutely love the enclosed porch now!). This company does have good teams that work for them, and ***** was our Point of Contact (POC) and she kept everyone very informed. She was able to answer our questions, and the individuals who came out to work on our now enclosed porch were most knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, they were honest and hard-working. Frankly, I am rather shocked at the negative reviews here and that must have been quite an experience for all involved (including ** * and others) ! We would go back to GREAT DAY IMPROVEMENTS, LLC. and do recommend them to friends and neighbors.Thanks for a great addition to our home ! *****
