      I love my new screened room! It is just what I wanted and looks awesome! The only problem I had was some mis-communication during the installation- late and no show, but the installer and his boss couldnt decide whose fault that was - passed the buck, so to speak. But, the job got done, it is finished and I love it!! Thank you for a wonderful product- its actually the second Patio Enclosure Ive had!

      Patio Enclosures Green Bay along with Great Day Improvements installed a beautiful 3 Season Room on the very large front porch of my Dutch Colonial in Appleton, WI. Their installers, **** and *******, were masterful. Using great craftsmanship and attention to detail, they integrated the design with the architectural features of the home. I am so pleased. I’d give them 6 stars!

      *********************** and his brother did a superior job with the installation of my 3 season room. they worked nonstop. They were courteous and conscientious as they went about their work. They cleaned up after the job was completed and demonstrated all the moving parts (locks, window and sliding door). ******* told me if I had any questions or noticed anything to just call and they will return to inspect and adjust if necessary. I have no doubt I chose the right company and I thank Patio Enclosures for sending the "A" team to do the installation!

      Horrible customer service once youve bought into their project. It took 5 builds/5 months for them to complete . Would not even expedite the process. Terrible business practice for customer service. When you spend 25k towards a project you would think customer service is their leading tool for marketing. A total failure on their part.

      ** From the salesman **** to the Project Manager, ***** who kept me informed of everything every step of the way, to the installers the experience was seamless. The finish product is excellent.
