      I got a sunroom addition to my home, I really appreciate it. The good customer service and communication from ********************* , the install crew did very well and was very respectful. Really enjoy the room.

      I would not recommend anyone to go with this company. They started the project in March was shut down because they hadnt got a permit then it finally got finished in June. The communication in between was horrific. There was none if I wanted to know anything I had to continually call them the person who does the scheduling was not aware of what was going on either they werent communicating with him just about him Everyone I talk to said their communication was terrible. They dont let you know when they are not when they have decided not to come come I cannot express what a terrible experience. This was the people who actually show up and do the work are great. They are amazing the office the supervisors that I had to work with that I guess they just dont know what the communication is because it was nonexistent the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing apparently. I had a couple people who were waiting till mine got done to see about having theirs done, and they will not be going with this company beyond disappointed some thing I wanted so bad really I could care less about now all thanks to this company.**

      *********,** ********************* was the design consultant who worked with me from Great Day Improvements, Patio Enclosures.He was very knowledgeable and was able to work up my project, changing the specifics as I changed my mind. He made setting up financing easy.I ultimately did not follow through with the project due to changed circumstances. ***** came back out again and discussed other options.I appreciate the personal service, understanding and lack of pressure to buy.

      This company will not honor their guarantee, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. I contracted with them to install a screened room on my 10x20 back porch at almost 12K cost.. When installed it consisted of 8 sliding doors and 4 permanent door screens plus transoms at the top. The screening was a disgrace on installation. All was creased, dented and had a few holes starting in the aluminum mesh. It was reported to the company immediately, in turn they replaced one door panel only. I was advised that any other replacement would be at MY COST of $65 for each panel. HUH? This was a brand new installation. The screening has developed into mesh that is separating and creating holes, some small, some large after only 9 months time in all 12 doors including the transoms. You can actually project where the next hole will be according to the mesh separation. This is a definite manufacturing problem with the screening, management does not want to hear it, because they would have to replace everything, it's all about the bottom line! .$$$ I contacted the company and was advised they do not warranty screens. The problem according to them was "birds" destroying the screens. BIRDS DO NOT EAT SCREENS!! This is a definite manufacturing problem and the company will not honor their promise. I was advised to replace all the door screening would be another $1000. I will have a more reputable company replace the screening which leaves patio enclosures off the hook. I've spoken to the local manager and the general manager, and of course was not happy with them, resolving nothing. I would advise anyone to not just walk away but RUN away and find a more reputable company to work with. ( If I could have left a O star I wold have.)

      We are so sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service you received. Our screens often appear "invisible" and it is a very common occurrence for people and pets to damage the screens by walking thru the screen doors. We have also saw this issue numerous times with birds damaging the screens by flying into them, just how they do with very clean windows. We make thousands of sunrooms every year and this type of screen is used in all our sunrooms, including the screen doors and windows for our glass enclosures. If this were a manufacturing defect we would have received many more complaints as we are able to cut screens for multiple rooms out of a single roll. We stand behind our products and warranty.       I reject the answer to my complaint from patio enclosures great day improvements, concerning screening mesh separation and creation of "holes" in said screens. Sadly, I have read many complaints and reviews on the internet about the poor quality of the screens installed. There are hundreds of complaints concerning this company, their workmanship and their products. I actually received a questionnaire from this company right after installation concerning my experience which my response was the poor quality of the screening and how disappointed I was. Of course the answer to my complaint was a stock response from this company. "Invisible" screening, People walking through them, Pet damage, birds flying through. "Birds" is just a stock excuse from this company as they will not take responsibility for the disintegrating mesh as being defective. "They have not had many complaints concerning defective screening"....this I find hard to believe, and not according to what I have been reading. As ONE complaint is ONE too many for a reputable company. Birds will fly into windows occasionally, they do not have to be clean windows, the reason is due to seeing their reflection in the glass and protecting their territory. If birds were to blame there would have had to be a flock of migrating birds at these screens daily. One panel has at least 21 holes or will be holes when the mesh separates. It's just a matter of time! "Invisible" screens is just a marketing term. The screens are powder coated black and the difference in the outside yard is very noticeable. If anyone tries to walk through these screens they've had too much Tequila to drink! I have no pets nor do I have pet guests, so that is not the reason for the holes. After weeks of trying to deal with this company they had a ******* come to my home for inspection. Of course he agreed the holes were created by "birds." He could not disagree with the company as they sign his paycheck. I'm sorry now that I did not research my project as through as I should have. As I wrote before when dealing with this company just don't walk away but RUN!

      **** ******** did an amazing job designing and explaining the process of enclosing a portion of our patio so that we have the option of enjoying the great outdoors of Colorado whether we have rain, snow or sunshine!! He was very polite and knowledgeable!! It was a great experience and will gladly recommend him/Patio Enclosures to anyone/everyone!!

      Patio Enclosures built our three season room, and we love it. The plan, design, and construction was easy and quick, and weve been enjoying the room for a few years. When it was time to build an addition onto our home, Patio Enclosures disassembled and stored our room, and ***** was wonderful with communication and planning the reassembly when it was finally possible to do so. Five stars, would recommend to anyone! Easy to work with, great quality and warranty, and adds more space and personality to a home.
