      Great Day Improvements (Patio Enclosures) is an organization focused on efficient operations and a high priority on providing quality products with customer service excellence. GDIs team and their vendors worked cohesively in providing ongoing communication and prompt responses throughout the sales, product delivery timelines, and installation process. We are completely satisfied with our patio and appreciate GDIs business model. Great work to all involved and thank you for a memorable experience!

      We had a consultation with *****, a Patio Enclosures representative, yesterday. He was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We have not yet made the decision to dive into the project, but he has given us all the information we needed and did it in a very enjoyable, helpful way.

      Patio Enclosures sales ********************* did a fantastic job during the first visit by explaining the quality of materials used for long-lasting, the advantage over motorized roller screens and enjoying utilizing patio space.       I loved my experience with Patio Enclosures! From my first experience with the sales representative I felt like a valued customer. He worked with me to design a space to cover my existing deck and provided great advice. Once the plan was submitted and CAD drawings were drafted, I was notified that due to the structural integrity I would have to eliminate one of my ceiling windows. Although I was bummed, I appreciated the quick feedback and gave the okay to move forward. There were a few delays with my city approving the permits, but again I was notified periodically of where my project stood. It took several months for permits to be approved, but once they were things moved quickly. I was informed when my parts were ordered and I was scheduled for installation shortly thereafter. My install team was EXCELLENT!! ***** and ***** ***** were very professional. At some point they realized that the plans for the door and window layout didn't make sense to them. They asked me if that was how I requested they be installed and we quickly discovered that their layout plans were different than mine. I'm glad that they had the knowledge and insight to confirm the design with me before completing the install. The total installation took about 7 days and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the materials and the structural integrity appear to be top notch. I am looking forward to spending covered and bug free nights on my new enclosed deck. Thank you!

      Having just moved to Texas, I’m newly initiated to the Texas sized bugs. Had to screen in my patio. I called Patio Enclosures. They responded by have a representative reach out to me in short order. ***** *****, their sales representative, explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me to purchase. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted, finance it, interest free, for 12 months, with ease. After my order was placed I was assigned a wonderful Customer Advocate, ******* ********. ******* kept me up to date on my order, when the manufactured parts would arrive and when I could expect installation. Within a month, all is installed, looks beautiful and is sturdy enough to last many years! Best of all, I’m bug free!

      The sales person spent a great deal of time going over every detail of the company, the product, and what we should expect. The patio was installed on a very hot day in Texas. The employees stuck with it until finished and did any awesome job. The next day we were visited by a company rep to review the work. Never had that happen. The patio is absolutely lovely. Even our cat thinks it's pretty darn cool. This company and its employees rate A+!

      I've recently met with a number of contractors regarding some home improvements and, without question, Patio Enclosures had, not only the best prices and options, but their consultant, *************************, was one of the most open and ***************** I've ever dealt with. He made my dreams, and my limits, his own. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It wasn't like talking to a salesman or associate, it was more like talking with a friend. No games. No upselling. No unrealistic promises. Just someone trying to help your make the best decision for you, your family, and your circumstances. Hence, I would highly recommend you talk to Patio Enclosures first, because they'll be no reason to speak to anyone else!
