      Working with the team has been a very easy and painless process! The sales rep was informative and straight forward with the product, the administrator was always available for questions, and the project manager was always quick with updates. Although one of the doors was fabricated backwards due to a last minute change we made, the team was quick to respond on the day of the install and let us know a new door was being made and ready to install in the coming weeks. Usually you expect to get the cold shoulder when the project is done and the money is sent, so I was pleasantly surprised how smooth this roadbump was. I've already recommended this company to family of mine who are looking to enclose their patio, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to do the same!

      Stanek Windows removed and replaced our Large Bay Window. All aspects of the job were performed very professionally and expertly. The large center window cracked shortly after installation. The window was replaced with out any hassle. Would HIGHLY recommend Stanek Windows to anyone looking to any window replacement work done

      Horrible customer service, lack of communication, and timeliness of completion. Our project began mid April. We were told this project would take 1-2 weeks **** as of June 24, 2023 we are on week 11 and our project is not even close to being completed. The communication with this company is awful. I call the local office and get no response, or very little. I contact the cooperate office and they have to send an email to the local office to have someone call you. I have requested to speak to someone higher up multiple times and I still have not received a call back. We leave messages, emails, text, etc and no response. We never know when the workers will be here or not and when they do show up there are only here for no more than 3 hours!!! If the workers show up they are only here a few days a week. They had to remove vinyl siding from the house and did not replace for several weeks. We addressed our concerns of potential water leaking into our house when it rains over this time. Our concerns were ignored and now the rain found its way into our house and we have a big stain on our ceiling. When asked how they are going to fix it we get no answers. Very frustrated with the project and we see no end in sight. We pay a large amount of money for a project that should looks beautiful but instead you get poor quality, poor customer service, and poor craftsmanship!!! I regret ever signing the contract with this company. Very dissatisfied

      Sales person came well-prepared and didn't "hard sell" the product, but made sure our questions were answered and that our new front entry door was the right one for us and our house. Installer, ****, was efficient and attentive to details. His management of the construction area and final clean-up was commendable. We would use them again.

      I would give this company 5 stars except of their follow up to an issue I called about regarding repairs. For the initial consultation and design - the salesman was amazing. Super friendly, very honest about pricing and did not push for a sign to contract to utilize any sort of promotional sale. After reviewing the design and cost options, within 24 hours our family moved forward with Patio Enclosures.The install team went through with the design before starting and did an excellent job. They were very quick and was able to complete the work in two days. Overall, the product was clean, useful, and served our needs as an additional outside room that we can enjoy for the summer.The reason why I am giving this company 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last day of install, the workers did not do a walkthrough with me and just left. Upon doing my own walkthrough I noticed a sizeable tear in one of our screens. I called the ** and asked if they can send someone out. He wanted me to send pictures and he said he would send the installer back out to fix it. Nothing has been done and there has not been any communication from the **. I followed up twice and still have not heard back. Everything else was great except this portion of the install.
