      What a class act operation. From the first contact with the design consultant to the installer, Patio Enclosures proved to be a competent and professional outfit.. ***** was the continuous contact person who kept me well informed about timelines. So far, I am a very happy, satisfied client. My home has earned more curb appeal due to the new porch enclosure. Thanks to everyone involved for making me a happier homeowner, once again.

      They were HORRENDOUS! Very bad communication. No one from upper management would respond to our emails. Our project took 7 months to complete. Which is ridiculous!! We asked for some type of compensation and they totally REFUSED and don't give a ****! We wish now that we would of never had this project done by Great Day!

      **** came out to work through the options on our house, which was not easy as it is an older house that is entirely brick. He professionally and patiently explained all the different features, and I can definitely say that we came up with a much better plan, and one quite a bit different from we had envisioned at the beginning.

      My experience with **** was awesome. The quality of the product he presented was the best that Ive seen for an enclosure and the fact that the company has been around for so long makes the lifetime warranty sound amazing. I also got to see how the enclosure would look like on my house through a iPad which was cool!

      The back patio enclosure has become our favorite room in the house! We spend time morning, during the day and evening most every day! We live in Charlotte area, just across the border in Indian Land, SC. Since it was installed in April, we started using it in the spring with just a small space heater to take off the chill some days. As the weather got warmer, we opened the windows and let the breeze go through the room. In May we started closing the windows and opening the door to the main house for air conditioning. In June, it became too hot 100-degree days, so I started investigating. Reading the fine print on your web site, you indicated that we should NOT use the home air conditioning unit as it will tax the system too much and shorten the life of our main ac unit. I didn't see anywhere where it explained the issue with air conditioning: you either have to extend a vent from your main ac unit to the room (estimate $6000 for our 11x11' room) - which was way too expensive and too complicated. Alternatively, buy a small portable unit, but then you need to vent the hot air out a window - too ugly. So I purchased an Artic Air "evaporative cooller" / fan that blows cool air in the room using cold water, ice and ice packs. Mornings are usually cool here and the artic air works the rest of the time. We have a beautiful view of a South Carolina forest maintained by the state that we see from our enclosure every day. This enclosure is absolutely the best money spent on improving this house. Your entire company is top notch, from Mr. ****, to ***** the office gal, installers. Everyone is just great, thanks so much! Financing is also great - so happy

      The screened patio enclosure turned out as designed. Quality product and excellent customer service. Starting with our excellent patio consultant, **************, our measuring consultant and **** and ****** who did a phenomenal job with construction and clean up. Highly recommend this company, great experience.
