      The team that made my enclosure happen are *************************, Office Administrator, ************************* and your installation team was **** and ****. ***** was always in touch with me and made sure that all was completed and had her team return to complete repairs.

      Tried contacting others who do screen enclosures, didnt even get call backs. But Patio Enclosures responded right away. Estimator came out, explained everything, and as an engineer I had a million questions. We were scheduled and parts ready in less time than expected. The installer was courteous and careful, and I was pleased. There were some issues with the factory made screens. A phone call got people over in just a few days, tightened the screens, and I was completely satisfied. Thanks!

      I can't find my previous review, so here's a new one. ****'s attempted to address a couple remaining issues I had, but Great Day was not interested. No one contacted me or even returned my phone calls. We signed a contract in May of 2022. This was supposed to take about three weeks. So, the project started off with a bang, and then it dragged on and on and on--an hour one day, then maybe a few days, and then a couple hours. Tools and materials littered the ground for weeks. The electrician didn't have the courtesy to not track mud across our flooring and carpet. We had a leak (we were adding the the patio enclosure under a finished deck). There were a couple attempts to fix that, and we weren't certain if it was the fault of Great Day or the company that installed the under-deck ceiling, so we went ahead and paid the other company to fix it, which they did. Anyway, throughout the process, the site manager said to contact him, not the company, so we did. We were always on the back burner. He was out of town, or we would hear from him in a week, or someone else had something that had to be taken care of. This all seemed to coincide with having the patio enclosure paid in full and the sign-off from the city. Once that happened, Great Day was done. The site manager was supposed to come back and paint the spots where the paint had chipped off the trim (even after that, in vacuuming cobwebs, more paint fell off). He never came back or answered our text. In my last text to him, I asked if he would at least bring us some paint to fix it ourselves, and we never heard back. We were going to tell him about the trim piece that was installed with big dings in it, but of course neither he nor the company would return my calls. Communication was not good, and my advice would be, if you go with this company, be a squeaky wheel, because if you are not, they don't care! Lastly, the screens are terrible, and we will replace them ourselves.

      *****, **** and ***** from Reddirt were fantastic. Our room is more than we imagined. They were timely, precise and professional. I just hope the floor project goes this well. They have set the bar very high!!! I would recommend this crew to anyone.

      I give ******* and his co-worker a great review, they were prompt, professional and very helpful. They looked at patio door which has been giving us trouble, as they were only here ti install my windows. ***** was very helpful in getting the correct windows for replacement.
