      Our sales rep, *****, did a great job being detailed and helpful in explaining our project. We feel so confident in our future patio (catio for our cats…) and cannot wait for the finished product!

      Excellent product, but very poor experience with the miss measuring of our space. Therefore we had to wait months for re-fabrication and yet finance company was already taking their monthly payments. We were promised a discount for our trouble of having to wait over a month past the estimated install date to have our Patio Enclosures completed, however, now no one will return our calls for the promised discount. Very poor customer care after the install as there is a major scratch on the glass in the main sliding glass door and the glass panels are not sealed properly and they have yet to take care of these issues although they said they would

      We are so sorry your experience with us was not what we would have hoped. We do acknowledge that there were delays in your room's completion. We do our best to finish every project as quickly and efficiently as possible. We apologize that we missed the **** this time on completion but we stand behind our finished product. Our Regional Operations Manager, ****, came to your home Monday to discuss your concerns. We have re-ordered the glass for your door and it will arrive in September. After the glass has arrived we will inspect it for any flaws or damage that could happen during shipping. Again, we apologize for any delays or inconveniences this has caused.       ******* provided more information than I expected and wish every experience could be like this when requesting a quote for a service.He was detail orientated, efficient and most of all I love that he was not pushy knowing I needed to explore a couple other options to see which was the best fit for my addition. He was super knowledge about the products and loved that he was able to provide a demo of the quality products provided. I am definitley leaning towards this option after his presentation.

      Our porch replacement windows look great! Special thanks to ******, our installer, who was key in the process. He was skilled, a great communicator and took great care throughout the installation process. We appreciated his knowledge and integrity as he helped and guided us through some wall challenges discovered in the installation process. He was able to address everything and complete the room beautifully!

      Great Day Improvements, LLC (Patio Enclosures) has been a great experience from start to finish.Everyone there has been wonderful to work with. The communication was beyond what I could have expected. I was kept informed of the progress along the way. They were able to get the job completed two weeks ahead of the original expected install date. The crew was amazing. We love our finished sunroom and can't wait to use it.
